hey everyone,

after reading the posts on this forum, as well as it's predecessors on ezboard, etc., i've finally decided to start doing Penis Enlargement. i don't know why exactly i've waited so long, but i'm getting a start. i figure as in most "training" programs, it's better to start off fairly slow then work up to harder workouts, so here's what i did today... and plan to continue doing (for the meantime):

wet jelq 100 reps (alternating straight out, to the left, then right)
dld blasters with A-hand thinger for about 10 minutes

questions about the blasters... does anyone have problems gripping the top of the shaft and end up grabbing the head (painful)... does baby powder help? also, is it difficult at first to be able to do 50 reps with the 5 second kegels? this seemed pretty tough for me...

any comments/feedback on what i'm doing, what i should be doing, and how i can ramp up to make it more worthwhile are greatly appreciated. please give me some encouragement!

I believe for your jelqs a good thing to do is add, say 50 jelqs a day, every day you exercise, up to a point. This point could be 1000 or 1500 or just whatever you decide. Also how many days is your routine? 7 days on 0 off? 5 days on 2 off?

I, myself, have difficulty doing blasters for 5 seconds, but that's because I don't do any kegels in my routine. I believe they would be a good thing for you to add in there, if you haven't already. You'll already be doing a few with the blasters, but if I'm not mistaken the main thing of the blasters is the REVERSE KEGEL so you can get that good stretch . Some people like to fatigue their PC muscle by doing kegels before they start their blasters.

As for gripping, I use baby powder and just a touch of water , then I rub my hands together and get to work. Its good to grip about 1/2" behind the head (for me) and then pull. Hope this helps a little, don't be afraid to ask if you have any more questions about your routine!

i gotcha... I think i'll pick up some of that baby powder stuff at the CVS when i go to pick up dinner. sounds like a plan. i'm not sure exactly what to do so far as the days on and off. i think i might start with a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule though (if this isn't unheard of) just because i'll be super-busy next week with running, work, and grad school on mondays and tuesdays. the rest of my days can be dedicated to the Penis Enlargement. i'll do my best to increase the jelqs by 50 each day too. are the jelqs ever painful (meaning do they usually feel like you're really stretching out?)? i think that this is a good thing, but i figured it can't hurt to ask.

yeah, and with the blasters, the hardest part for me is maintaining the kegels and reverses for 5 seconds. what i've been doing to build up is to do smaller sets of 10 (instead of the straight 50 reps). this makes it a little easier, and feels pretty intense.

Yeah, I do a 5 on 2 off schedule and so far it's worked great. As for the jelqs they should never be PAINFUL, they may be a little discomfortable if you're getting a good squeeze or something, like a tingly feeling. It should never actually hurt to do, even though I'm sure I've came close a few times. I did the smaller sets of 10 for the blasters when I was doing them as well, works good! Keep at it!

You should try a 7 day on no off schedule. If your dick can't handle try a one on one off. Just listen to your body.
