So I've been stuck at 2.5 inch gain in length for 2 years of PE consistency. Since I am back on the PE train (been gone for about 7 years) and my gains have stayed, I'm trying to go for ideally another 2 inches.
Today I kind of had an "a-ha!" Moment.
Nowadays when I do normal flaccid stretching I don't really feel the stretch I used to get when I was new. I believe I've stretched my ligs to a limit.
That's not to say I'm at capacity in lig stretching. Let me explain:
I've tried erect stretching before here and there but only to the sides, straight forward, and down. I have not felt any soreness or stretch reaction doing them. Today I tried erect stretching upwards and oh my God. The intensity of the stretch I felt was amazing and I felt like a newbie again.
I understand erect stretching is for the inner penis. But every direction I tried it in had failed me until I tried upwards AND also erect A-stretch.
Now I'm fully convinced I can complete my next 2 inches without a doubt. My limiting factor was obviously my inner penis. I'll be doing my routine solely focused on bringing out my inner penis doing erect upwards and erect A-stretches. UNTIL I can feel a stretch on my ligs again. Then I'll do booth lig work and erect work.
So to simplify. If you're stuck getting length gains. Find an angle, preferably upwards, that you can stretch with an erection until you FEEL that intense stretch. We may not be limited by our ligaments but by our inner penis. Once it comes out more you theoretically should be able to feel a stretch in the ligs due to more penis coming out.
EDIT (8/5/23)
So I did some research on Google regarding upwards stretching... I bumped into the LOT theory in Thundersplace.
Its the first time I've heard this theory and yet it resonates with what I'm experiencing regards to ligs being loose and inner penis (maybe some tunica under penis at base and inside) not fully out yet.
The only thing I don't agree with in the theory is the kegel tugback idea. It doesn't make any sense to me.
The primary theory of ligs being loose and needing to focus inner penis or tunica makes sense.
So instead of tugback being the determining factor of what to focus on, it should the how intense your stretch feels. In my case I only feel a stretching sensation when I stretch upwards. Every other direction I feel nothing.
A flawed theory but interesting nonetheless.
