I have increased my stretching a little bit lately. Still basic stretching; I just spend a little more time and intensity on it (25 minutes or so). Anyway, once I am finished I feel a little sensation or maybe the "workout burn" about an inch (up my abdomen) up from the base of my penis. I expect this is a good thing, I just want some verification. My D also feels a couple of sensations along the shaft.

I am getting the dreaded purple spots from gripping too hard. I find that there is a fine line between only gripping the skin and then gripping too hard as you try to leverage the "meat" of the penis during a stretch. Too light and it is not much more than a foreskin restoration (for me) exercise, but too hard causes the spots.

That would be your LIGS. This is common with allot of guys. I used to get this in the first 6 months of my Penis Enlargement but I never get it anymore.

Red spots come and go. They are very normal and it is something I still get. As a matter of fact I have a penny size blood blister on my glans right now:) The spots always fade within 24 hours but by that time I am usually making new ones:D
