So my routine is the newbie routine stretches and an hour of hanging. I no longer have heavier weights so I ordered some that should come in Tuesday or wednsday next week. But in the mean time, i feel mydick needs a break. I can tell its exhausted because it isnt that elastic, and I havent gotten a full real hard on for the last few days.
I feel like im going to not doPE completely until next tuesday or wednsday to give it a break and restore to full hard on level.
What does everyone think?
And also should I start a new stretching routine to continue with my hanging or stick with the newbie routine?

Its your body if you need a break take it i took a week off every two months or so
 
Breaks can be good and bad. Some will not continue with the same intensity or start back at all. While others will come back with a vengeance.

Do you do jelqs or anything to help with your EQ? Your normal routine for the week, how many days break do you have? Have you tried a 2 on 1 off approach to give rest quicker? Also if it was me I would use an ACE bandage and wrap your penis. If your going to take a break from PE your going to turtle and your going to start to lose those hard earned gains. I don't believe wrapping exhaust the penis it just holds it in an elongated state. I wish you a a speedy recovery brother.

Of course not! 4 days is a small break and you will lose nothing.
 
you wont lose anything from a small break! However, I've recently gone through 120 pages of this forum and DLD says over and over again that he trained through fatigue. I gave it a shot and trained through fatigue. It didnt feel very good and the only thing i wanted was to take a damn break...but...somehow ive made girth gains in just 3 weeks pushing through fatigue. its absolutely phenomenal.

Its like your giving your penis an ultimatum. GROW or SUFFER! :) stay away from injuries though! lol

you may be on to something here...I've been attempting to get to 'failure' with my new hanging regime because, I too, believe that's where your body has 'given-in' to the forces placed upon it. just a thought...

I didn't realise you were only taking a 4 day break. But either way as I said before me myself I would at least wrap in a elongated state. But there are far more experienced and knowledgeable brothers on here but I .
 
Yes, DLD didn't take time off. Because his day off would mostly lead to more days off. That seems to be some mental process which I experience too when cycling. I had phases where I cycle for weeks, every day and then I take one day off and don't do it again for weeks.

If the cock feels sour you should give it a break. Just like theman6 says, erections will come not as easy when the cock is really exhausted. Sometimes I do high intensive workouts where I hurt myself a little and then I let it heal. It is considered dangerous but my experience tells me that my cock is very resilient.

If I press on my cock in the morning and it hurts I don't train - mostly I am not even motivated then. Because my motivation comes from lust and that is lacking when it is injured as explained earlier.

I took one month off when I went home and I didn't loose anything. When I returned I set a new record BPFSL (+1cm) after one week in training. That was on September,13th. I have not measured this anymore since. Somehow the longest measurements are after breaks, not right after the most extensive workouts.

Lots of workouts make the penis pull back, I am sure of this. Seems to be some kind of protection mechanism. I have trained very hard the last 5 days and my cock shows the shortest BPFSL in months.

Yes sir! To confirm i made gains in just 3 weeks I waited 60 hours before measuring (not on purpose of course, real life shit and work). Now that I know for sure I made girth gains for the first time in many many years, im going back to that land of fatigue by doing a couple twice a day workouts. My penis feels like shit and EQ goes down but god damn it the gains are like crack cocaine. Just hook the cialis up to my damn viens!

Awesome and after 60 hours there is no temporary gains left so it is pure permanent gains! Congratulation again and keep up the awesome work!

Nothing new here. Just another confirmation that SRT was able to dismantle my impossible to gain girth self like it was child's play. It has made PE really fun for me
 
A much needed break after peaking in a training cycle can often yield "rebound" gains :)

As a newbie, doing the newbie routine and hanging is over kill. Take it easy on yourself.
