I need to know am i going to a right direction.I do a modification of ULIs,something that is more similar to clamping.I Jelq for a 15 min.Just like DLD said ,slow and very intense,every stroke lasts around 4-5 sec in erect or very near erect state.Afterwards i mesure girth,and if its 0.5 inch bigger than preexercising, i take tape(one used when painting cars for protection of not to paint parts,white colored)and tape around base very tight so to use it like a clamp.Then doing ULIs .Grabing at a base but trying to grab the shaft even closer to the pubic bone then the taped part,and push the ok grip upwards the glans..I have an outstanding engorgment(expansion).When erection is sustained,then i put the penis on the desk and press with a book ,hold it there for a minute,or so.I do this 3-4 times.After that i try to do ULI,but now i grab the glans and with it i do like helicopter movements,in grate engorged state,i guess this looks like erect bands.At all time i kegel to sustain erection,and shake it up and down when i start lo loose one.ULI part last 30 seconds each.

My question is,thou i do this every day ,even twice(on some days instead of second session i do some hard Jelqs for 15 min.).My penis is always bigger than i assume is normal for me,he has no chance(time)to get back to previous state.Is this healthy,will something bad happen.I dont feel nothing is hurting or pain.Fluid build ups are not grate enough to have donut effect,altough they occur.It is very strange for me i am feeling fear that something could happen,but i dont see what that could be.My penis is just always 0.25 inch bigger then if i wasnt doing exercises.Please calm me down,i am going crazy from this paranoid thoughts!
 
I think that's kind of what you're going for with girth, permanent expansion. You want the penis to get used to the new expanded state and stay there, so you can push further for greater girth. As long as you are not experiencing pain, severe discoloration, fatigue, or lots of fluid buildup I think you'll be fine.
 
Scared. No way man, what you are doing is helping you get bigger. A little fluid build up is ok, nothing to worry about. You are very much on the right track.
 
Yeah, what your doing will help you alot.
You've also said on another post that my clamp guide helped you, I saw your before stats and now stats, I betcha the clamp stuff helped that out alot man.
From reading your post here, I see you have a good head on those shoulders and aint stupid, you know what your doing and are keen to learn which is great.
Just dont panic about wanting to see fluid buildup or donut rings ect cos you DO NOT need to EVER see them to gain with clamps, aslong you have a nice fluffy-fuller penis afterwards, you'll notice in the flaccid state cos your penis will be too tired in the erect state, than your alright.
 
I wouldnt be involved in Penis Enlargement and would have gave-up long ago if it wasnt for online Penis Enlargement forums keepin me in the game.
At the moment, I'm outta action....waiting to buy a BIB hanger and Power Assist, plus purchase some cable clamps cos my last one has snapped.
Been outta action for like one and a half months.
 
Red if u still here,can you tell if your girth has decressed in a period you havent been exercising?
 
I can safely say I havent lost any size AT ALL Penis EnlargementRIOD since my break.
 
Something new to say!With a little more exprerince now,i can safely say that clamping even twice a day will not hurt you if you know what,and how youre doing it.Multisessions,Jelqing inbetween,and gradualy going for more expansion in every next set,and not in the first one,can make a very big difference for those who are doing that with a different approach.

Thoughts about this???
