Can you hang your max weight simply to fatigue your ligs and then finish off by manual stretching? Can this be done effectively?
 
I dont see why not either. Use the hanging as a "warm up" session. Hit fatigue there with a few heavy sets then, do some intense stretching maybe using my BTC stretch? Give it a go man!
 
over the last 2 weeks after i manual stretch for an hour my cock is fatigued and cant get it up for a couple of hours..i mean a real hard one (like a steel pipe)...do u guys have the same prob.???

so your gunna hang ALOT of weight to your penis? for a short time to get it fatigued? this is like Explosive training....infact I would place this in that category with pe.

I say DOUBLE the weight you hang now in that session.
Make the session last 10 minutes or at least 5...than move on to a stretch that will HAMMER and I mean hammer the ligs.

I can see this than really helping you out.

I'm going to try that after I get back from my run. I'm trying to look like SWM. :p
 
I hang with heavy weights for 2x20 minute sets at 20lbs, then I go straight into DLD Blasters, and intense basic stretches that utilize the bundle stretch. From here I finish with my power assist routine, and a strap that I have come up with, that attaches to the wrist, with the other loop around my foot. The strap can be used with great effect with basic stretches or bundle stretches, using the leg muscle to furnish the power!! I think that by hanging first, this fatigues the ligs, which allows you to batter them with manual work, and the Power Assist, as they are pretty knackered after a hanging session.

If I have stretched or hung to complete fatigue then I get the same thing you describe. More like a rubber pipe instead of lead. Thats a good thing, means your acomplishing something.

I think combining hanging with length master session will bring very big gains. Even using the penilmasterpro in combination with the length master will produce more faster gains as well.
