Extreme Ligament/ Tunica Stretch

This should give you an instant visible increased stretch after one 20 min. session. BE CAREFUL. Starting hang 40lbs. from your penis. Start swinging the the weight backwards and forward at the same time use one hand and turn the hanger clockwise until the penis head becomes hard and hold for about 1min. in that position. Now twist the hanger counter clockwise until tight again and hold, continue swinging the weight throughout the entire session. Do as many of these twists as possible. Instant fatigue should set in after the first two twist. I have experimented with this for about 2 weeks and I have seen an dramatic .75" temporary increase compared to regular hanging. This would break any tunica or ligament simply by increasing the intensity of the turns/ twists. So increased twists plus heavy weight equals quick visible gains. I also usually traction wrap for 30 mins. after all my session. Before adding the twist variation FSL was 7.75" after FSL 8.50".

Very smart way to train, I did some of this when I was hanging. Most men will not be able to handle such weight in the beginning so I suggest maybe 2.5 - 5 pounds for beginners.

Indeed it is but eventually this weight can be reached and beyond. Hanging requires constant increases in weight so starting low and reaching higher numbers happens rather quickly. When I was hanging I was going as highs 70 pounds for 20 minute sets. when I started, I could not hang 10 pounds without pain. The pain had little to do with the weight and everything to do with my wrapping. As soon as I learned to wrap correctly I could hang very heavy.
 
I tryed it and al I can say is WOW.
I did 16 lbs and gained an instent 1 cm in leght WOW I will try this again

I do not seem to understand what you meant in the emboldened above. I will assume you are referring to attempting bundled hanging/stretches.
Am I correct?
 
This is basically a bundled stretch with more constant force applied with the weights being hung and the twisting of the hanger.

I'm glad I wasn't the only thinking this. This technique is very applicable w/o equipment but will depend on your own strength. Thats what separates the hanger + weights vs your own strength.

It could be done with the lengthmaster as long as one stands in a wide squat position.

True or you could also lay down, ass off bed, legs up, penis down and rotate from there. The chamber can be used alone to completely mimic this.
