Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), involves delivering a focused beam of acoustic waves to a target area where they interact with tissues and induce a small amount of stress and trauma. That may seem counterintuitive, but this effect triggers a cascade of events that ultimately culminate in the release of chemical signals that facilitate the growth of new blood vessels. So by doing this to the penis, the idea is to improve its blood supply and thus restore the erectile mechanism. And before you start firmly crossing your legs, don’t worry – the waves delivered are weak and low-intensity, although you might feel a little burning sensation.

This new study states that this therapy can replace Viagra. However, if it can induce the body to create new blood vessels, I was thinking it can potentially increase Girth with any girth focused routine.

Just wanted to throw this out as i found it interesting.

better off putting that money into normal PE tools. Im sure if you could build up blood vessels like that the device would be more mainstream.

I mean from research it does. You can give it the benefit of the doubt, but there are numerous studies that you can look up.

Why is it not mainstream? Depends mainstream for what? Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy has been used for many medical reasons, such as kidney stones to even animals such as horses.

This just sounds like looking for trouble. .

Also research link don't ever mention growth or erection strength just Peyronie's disease.

From what you say that sounds like it would be a big boost to a good girth routine. But thats just theory until someone spends the money and tries it.

Who knows, maybe in 10 years they will be a normal PE tool. I remember DLD saying extenders used to be around $1000

Yeah. And not just for PE. Blood flow is one of the most important things we should work on for a healthy penis. I didnt read the study that was linked to but if its right and it actually has a big enough impact to be used instead of viagra then thats a pretty powerful thing.

Oh that's ultrasound therapy, pro bodybuilders (not fake calvin Klein calorie cowards) use this to heal the ligaments/tendons. Real lifting involves gear not puny calories, this grows your muscle but not so much the ligaments which causes them to take abuse

Exactly, I think erections is the reason penises tend to get thicker as men age (but not longer)
