extender and turkey neck(?)

i need help from the experts. is there any conection between using an extender and turkey neck? i've searched the web and got mixed opinions

I have been using the PF for several months and I have not experienced any issues with turkey neck.

The only way a Phallosan or SizeGenetics would cause TN is if you did NOT retract skin prior to tightening. Turkey Neck happens when users do not retract skin and stretch the skin instead of the penis. So retract, tighten down and go for how ever long you can.

ive tried it today and it is not the most comfortable thing to have down there. I definitely felt the scrotum not stretching with the penis , I hope it would really work

DLD could you explain what do you mean by retracting the skin?
