Hey guys,

I started to incorporate some squeezes and compression exercises into my routine, and I've run into a little problem.

During the exercises, the head of my penis gets so engorged and rock hard, I feel like it's literally going to explode. There are virtually no wrinkles,a nd its actually gets shiny like a balloon.

Whats the deal??>

lol same thing happened to me, you may want to target the shaft instead of just the head, continue like that and you'll have one HUGE head, which I didn't like because with it bigger, it seemed out of proportion to the rest of the shaft.

Youre expanding the glans beyond its normal erect size. That's what it is when it gets smooth and shiny.

but the question i would have would be..

would doing this alot would make your head bigger at a NORMAL erection?

Okay, thanks for the input guys.

I have a pretty decent head size right now, what kinda technique should I focus on so the blood doesnt go in there?

It seems no matter how I grip my dick, if i squeeze hard my head just gets hugely engorged...

Also, all the squeezes have been during 90-100% erection. Would doing squeezes around a softer state be able to target the shaft more exclusively?

Here's what I've noticed.

Kegels tend to fill the lower chamber, corpus spongiosum and the head to which it connects more than the two upper side by side corpora cavernosa.

I don't mind working to increase the size of my head, but it can get blood spots if I work that too hard.

But I noticed if I'm near 100% erect, that if I don't kegel and fill the head, that I still get full pressure in the two corpora cavernosa just by doing a one handed base clamp (uli.) By applying a second hand ok-grip anywhere else on the shaft, I can really up the pressure on those two chambers without putting any real pressure on the head.

To do head work, I'd just do synchronized clamp/kegels as well.
