nothing dangerous about it if you're smart about it. The ffects are mostly temporary though, so for a long-term gains program, I'd do something else.
 
Pumping is not dangerous, if just like any other method of Penis Enlargement it is approached intelligently. Clearly someone who does not know what a donut effect is does not really understand exactly what pumping is and what it is supposed to do as far as Penis Enlargement is concerned. If he wants to have a giant non-functioning piece of beef between his legs ala the guys at tigerpump, then by all means let him. Otherwise there is a guide at the top of the pumpers forum he and others can read to find out exactly what pumping is about.

By the way, the fluid buildup is what usually causes the insane girth increases. If you keep the pressure down for sets of 10 minutes with 50-100 jelqs mixed in, you just might get somewhere.
 
i dont see why you should be afraid of pumps. i'm afraid of cock rings though, sometimes the rubber band or hair ties make my penis fill up with so much blood i thought it was going to explode
