I'm starting to notice that the only place I am gaining girth is my width, my depth is not moving and has not changed for the past almost 7 months. My width is a tad over 2". I'm having a problem gaining girth and im wondering if gaining depth would be the key. What exercises increase depth? Right now my routine is:
300 Jelqs
5 Horse 440's
15 min clamped
3 clamped Mini-supra slammers
2 on 1 off
