Okey! So what is the most effective workout or exercise to reach or get past your belly button with your penis while erect?

I suppose a lot of stretching exercises is making the opposite, actually making your starting position lower and further away from your belly button.

In what position? Standing up right? Because it's a lot easier to reach your belly button while sitting down with the angles etc...

There's also reaching your girl's belly button... FROM THE INSIDE :cool:

When i stand up would be most awesome x)

If i sit down, it almost reaches. It's right under my belly button kinda. I'm not sitting with an erection right now so i can't give you exact measurements ;)
To start off it would be cool to pass my belly button while sitting down. Passing it while standing up would be a long-term goal, but something i also look for obviously.
 
Do all variations of __________ stretch so do __________ stretch in every angle basically. You need hella grip for this.

Well the variations are just doing basic stretches, up to the left, up, up to the right, straight out, straight out to the left, straight out to the right etc. All you have to do it is in the same grip and method as __________ stretch.

Okey. I don't get why people stretch like that.. He is obviously stretching the pubic & scrotum skin by not retracting his foreskin while grip under glans.
I used to grip like that as a newb, got fast gains but i also pulled the pubic skin and scrotum skin forward and up the shaft with each gain. I mean, something is fucked up with all this ;)

I'm not even sure it's all legit yet. Since i retracted my foreskin and clearly saw only the "shaft" was taking the stretch, no movement in the scrotum or pubic skin whatsoever, my gains plateaud.
But i'm still trying. In all videos i see people pull on their pubic and scrotum skin, maybe there is something to it actually.

Yeah you're not supposed to pull the scrotum but the technique is where I'm trying to get at. The __________ in all directions, but hold back the skin.

Yeah :) Just tryed to make a point. I guess i'm just angry i didn't learn about this in the beginning, and it frightens me that the newbies still doesn't get the chance to learn that.

It's easily the reason why so many newbies have longer foreskin, something we just go through without knowledge but we should advise them better.
 
lol, this was a very big goal of mine but every man needs to know that their belly button is located in a different place on men so some men, to get to their belly button may need 1" others may need 5" (like myself) It depends greatly on the measurement from the tip of your penis to the belly button. Don't feel bad if you can't make it to the button if there is a huge distance, you will just need to get longer get there.

Ye, it's a goal i have. But i was just thinking that some exercises might lower your penis starting point, making you get away from the bully button instead of closing in. Maybe there is some exercises i should avoid to keep this from happening, like hanging? This is why i wonder what is the best exercise, and perhaps there is something i should avoid.

It is a good goal is many ways but it will take some men much longer than others to get there. I had to gain a lot of length before my belly button was reached.
 
Isn't length, any length, going to reach further to anypart of your body? What I'm saying is, if I can reach my navel then I can almost reach my knee...it just depends which way I'm pointing it. I don't really understand the use of your belly-button as a point of reference, (perhaps if you don't own a ruler it may make sense). Plus your BB is a moving target depending if your sitting/standing/leaning back/leaning forward/etc.

Leaning and positioning change every measurement depending on the two afore mentioned and the fact that every man has a differnt body. Some have long torsos and short legs, while others have short torso's and long legs. Flexibility will also play an important role as if you are more flexible you may be able to reach other parts of the body that someone, with your identical body makeup, the difference being flexibility. If you are going to use the Belly Button as a measuring mechanism I suggest you lay flat, in the same position overtime, when pulling closer to BB. Depending on all above you may or may not make it there. Keep this in mind though a man with a 10" penis may not be able to reach his BB due to variables as mentioned while someone with a 5" penis may easily make it to their BB.

I see your points. But i think a body part or your surroundings could be a good reference too. I have a ruler and i use it, but i also want it to grow in length in a way that the belly button can be reached in a certain position.
That would be a strong indicator my tunica is growing lengthwise in my opinion.

Because.. Even though we have different amount of length needed to reach our belly button because of different body styles, i still have the same body style and penis, and if the penis change lengthwise i should be able to reach the belly button with some logical sense, and if you don't you would start question how the length occur.
Accomplishing stuffs like this can bring new motivation, rather than trusting the ruler all the time. It could be anywhere from suddenly not been able to get inside a toilet roll you always have been used to do, an object in your house that you suddenly look longer than etc

This. I measured one time, and I'd need at least a 9" NBPEL or 10" BPEL to reach mine.

I suppose so but what good does that do if you don't know the exact measurement
