Aright, I'm 16 my measurements are 7 .25 x 5.5 erect, I was wondering what is a good thing to work on at this time, and what exercises are good for this? Also what kind of gains am I lookin at here is this a good size to start at, at my age? I basically need help designing a program. And what age do you stop growing at? Is it aright to start this early? Any help posted is greatly appreciated, especially to DLD as I know you are a busy man, thanks for your time.
