I have been doing an hour of intense cardio on a 7 on 0 off basis. Is this ok, or is there benefits to days off? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Excellent read! I am going to work this into my daily routine. Perhaps a custom mix tape will be the best approach. Maybe start at like a 130 tempo for 5 minutes then go into a 160 tempo for 2 minutes then back down to a 120 tempo for 2 minutes and so on.Zurik said:

DLD: Ya know, I'm coming in at like 7" and was always happy w/my size. However, I've been bodybuilding for a while and at 5'11" 212lbs my dick is lookin' smaller on my body. So, I came here to put it back into proportion.
