Days off cardio are essential for me. Without them I get burnt out after a few weeks which leads me to having to take a week or more off to fully recover. What I do instead is cardio 3 days a week; Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, and weight training on Monday and Wednesday. This routine has been real solid for me. I've lost over 45 pounds of fat and gained close to 15 pounds of muscle in just over a years time. Plus, it gives me my weekends to get fucked up and not have to worry about working out.

Also, if you like the 7 day schedule and want to keep it one solution would be to exercise less each day. 30 minutes is really all it takes to see results (when combined with a moderate diet).

The only thing that might be bad is you might burn yourself out and actually start hating doing cardio. You might want to tweak your schedule some. But I see you as one of those guys that if they take a day off it leads to another and another, from knowing what I know about your history in Penis Enlargement.
So if you feel yourself getting burned out some try 1 hour 4 days a week and 30 to 45 mins 3 days a week. Cardio is good for the body, for circulation, endurence, immune system, puls you can get a high feeling from doing cardio.
Just moniter how you are feeling about your workouts, and adjust your routine according how you feel!

Excellent read! I am going to work this into my daily routine. Perhaps a custom mix tape will be the best approach. Maybe start at like a 130 tempo for 5 minutes then go into a 160 tempo for 2 minutes then back down to a 120 tempo for 2 minutes and so on.

DLD 7 days of cardio a week is overkill. Go for 5 like tue,wed,thu and sat,sun. That interval training is excellent but you should build it gradually into the routine. Do the interval training 2 times a week the other 3 days do low intensity aerobics for longer periods of time. That should do some trick.

I second that! HIIT and Max-OT Cardio, similar, are short and effective. Give 'em a try!

DLD: Ya know, I'm coming in at like 7" and was always happy w/my size. However, I've been bodybuilding for a while and at 5'11" 212lbs my dick is lookin' smaller on my body. So, I came here to put it back into proportion.

Now, in your case, your dick is too big for your body, so you should hit the weights with the cardio :D j/k man. You're my freggin' schlong idol!

I also advocate the HIIT cardio...hands down the best/quickest/most effective cardio workout you'll ever do.

Good luck on your 6.5 NBP! NBP I'm about 6.5, ATM. That's 'cuz I'm bulking up and I have like 15% BF right now. :D. My biggest problem, for some reason, is I can't get it "super hard" all the time. I hate that!! I'm only 20 damnit!
