I was wondering about jelqing for 3 hours. Will this hurt my penis. I know I sound crazy however, I am on a mission. I do hang for only 2 hours until I can eventually work my work up to performing more hours.

However, I like to jelq so I was wondering about adding a lot more reps to the equation.

What do you think? I am working on length, however, I want to keep my girth in the process. So I figure if I jelq at long periods of time then I will keep achieving some length this way as well as girth. In addition, I hang to balance it all out.

At one time I did 2 jelq. sets a day (see extreme jump start workout). I would jelg 1500 reps in the am and 1500 reps in the evening. I did not hurt myself in the process but as a steady workout I think it was overkill. I reserve such workouts to break stagnation. I have found that the best girth routine for me on a daily basis is the Girth Busters.
 
Just started the girth busters and they are awesome. Staying pumped and looking good. I enjoy the Jelq sessions, must be why the girth busters are so powerful.
 
The longer the workout, the bigger the gains for me. The longest thorough workout I had was 6 hours, and I gained assload of girth that day.
 
The more time you spend practicing proper pe the faster the gains but as I said, proper. Some exercises would be excessive and unnecessary in many ways but if the tie is used creatively, as in SRT, a man can practice PE 24 hours a day safely and effectively.

Also supersetting between exercises you know how to do properly and well with good or high intensity is really an unsung hero and almost like a secret. For instance, doing a 5minute clamped edging, followed by erect bends.
 
I think with jelqing it's sort of like powerlifting. Better results from less time but much more intense strokes.
 
Once you start losing the erection, it stops becoming as effective. It's more of a healing exercise if you just have a soft penis filled with blood.

I've never heard of the girth busters before. I'm sure it's one of the already known girth exercises invented by you.
