Experimenting can never hurt. I began to get good girth gains when i switched to resting 2 days between girth workout from my normal 5 days on 2 days off routine. And i got even better gains when i started doing a 1 day on 1day off routine. Its different for eveyone, you just have to find your sweet spot.
