What do you guys think about going every other day rather than every day? I was thinking that maybe it might be healthier in terms of letting everything heal? I know this has been mentioned on here a bunch but I never really saw a dinfinitive answer.

also, what about going every other day, but on those dyas doing it twice as long?

I think it is recommended that you train length everyday and girth every other day, like you said, for healing purposes!

Not so much for "healing" purposes but more to prevent healing. ;)

Hitting girth every day intensely seems to have a negative effect. In my personal experience anyway. I've also seen many guys over the last 5 years+ report similar. The tissues can only take so much repeated trauma....thats basically what youre doing...exposing the tissues to trauma...before they begin to react to counter it. It's basically like a protective thing to prevent injury. Repeated trauma leads to tissue fatigue, this fatigue causes the tissues to begin retracting and if you keep at it anyway...most likely you will see yourself having less efficient workouts. In other words, you will begin to notice your girth workouts producing less and less of a pump no matter how hard or intense you are going at it. I've been on a 2 on, 1 off girth routine this past weekish and am seeing better results. I'm getting a better pump on my on days.

Yeah...that's what I was thinking...I'm still waiting for my shoulder to heal before I start Penis Enlargementing again..hopefully by monday. But when I was going full throttle, I noticed that after a while it seemed like my jelqs weren't as beneficial...when I stopped trainign every day and went to every other day I thought it was giving me better results but I wasn't sure.

So you guys think maybe stretch every day, but do girth every other day?

So AC, you think every day is oer doing it? what's your routine pn your 3 day regimine? What kind of gaines have you made from 3 days a week?
