If I do stretches and hold it for a minute from side to side and down the middle 10 times and also Jelq 500 on a 6 on 2 off basis. How long do you think I will get a 1.5inch in length and 1inch in girth?
May take quite a while to see those kinds of gains from that basic of a routine. Read RED's constrictor guide to find some KICK ASS excercises for girth.
For legnth ask the godfather himself.. DLD has lots of different intense legnth excercises that will help you achieve that legnth goal in shorter time.
