Does anyone have any advice on how not to get an erection during stretching ? Im on MOS phase I, and the straight stretches i have no problem with, but i start to get hard when i try to do the rotary cranks. Masterbating first helps to keep it down, but then i have trouble getting it partially erect aftrwards for jelqing . I have to do my entine routine all at once in the morning because its the only private time i have here. I thought of jelqing , masterbating, then stretching . Does this sound like a good plan? I wonder because it seems like stretching before jelqing would be better for the jelq results and id like to stick to the routine the way its laid out on MOS.
