Does anyone have any advice on how not to get an erection during stretching ? Im on MOS phase I, and the straight stretches i have no problem with, but i start to get hard when i try to do the rotary cranks. Masterbating first helps to keep it down, but then i have trouble getting it partially erect aftrwards for jelqing. I have to do my entine routine all at once in the morning because its the only private time i have here. I thought of jelqing, masterbating, then stretching . Does this sound like a good plan? I wonder because it seems like stretching before jelqing would be better for the jelq results and id like to stick to the routine the way its laid out on MOS.

Getting hard when stretching can be a problem. But you can kill two birds with one stone if you do. Simply do weighted PC flexes until the erection subsides. Press your palm against the top of your penis and flex your PC muscle hard trying to press your hand upward using your dick. Of course this won't work but it will tire you PC muscle like crazy and your erection will diminish. After a few of these you'll be ready to stretch again and you will have gotten a decent PC workout. Now go stretch !! ;)

The routines can be adjusted to fit your schedule or your penis in this case. Do the girth portion first while you have the optimum erection density. After you train girth ejaculate and finish off with your stretching .
