Hey, I haven't posted in a long time guys as I basically gave up due to a lack of results. But I'm back to ask a question. It"s important to know that I am not trying to put blame on PE for this, I am merely trying to understand.

I've been as impotent as can be since March (roughly when I stopped PE) and I mean no morning wood, can't get it up with any arousal, no action, no movement, no nothing. Viagra still does the job.

Is it possible I have damaged ligs or something from all the pulling? Can that happen? Most of my PE was based around stretching, and I never suffered any injuries or heard any ligs pop. But given where I'm at right now, I wondered if it was possible. My blood tests all came back normal and healthy so I don't really know what could be causing it.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Well if it works with viagra, you probably haven´t damaged anything.
But do you have any libido? Got a hormonal panel done from your doctor?
 
I have libido aplenty, good sir. My doctor has been no help - he arranged the blood test, which came back normal, and suggested counselling. I'm thinking if it was a psychological issue I would still have morning wood. I suggested low testosterone, which he immediately dismissed. Gonna try another doctor.

I was wondering if I could have veinous leakage from PE? Or would that render viagra useless?
 
At some point I had less than optimal eq after starting regular PE but later on everything normalized. I think I was used to my younger self's eq since I am pretty young (I tried punching in the date but it doesn't go up to three hunna) and only after much practicing girth manuals and clamping with kegel rk is that I'm back to rage status.

You should shake the rust off your tool with jelqs and stretches, also maybe towel lifts

Agree. And I also agree with Pikken, if you are able to get an erection in any scenario than there is no ED, it is either fatigue or anxiety.
 
Ok, makes sense. I have been power walking 6 miles a day in a bid to lose weight, not sleeping well either. The fact that I have zero morning wood made me rule out anxiety. I guess fatigue? I'm eating watermelon and pistachios, and I'm starting L-Arginine/Pine Bark extract supplements. That, coupled with rest, and hopefully I will have steel boners in a few weeks. Maybe I will reintroduce a light program of stretches, too, and see if it helps.

I would try Maca powder mixed with some cacao powder. . Also goji berries. All three of those will boost test, maca is good at balancing hormones; same goes for Ashwagandha. Pine bark extract is pretty good, also look into Tongkat Ali. I find less is always better when you are taking supplements that effect your hormones.

Instead of running, try some compound lifting like squats, and deadlifts. You don't necessarily need to go to a gym. You could buy a kettle bell but the heavier the weight the better. Deadlifting alone will boost test. Deadlifts will also strengthen your core and you will definitely shed weight faster than you ever would walking. Also throw some sprints in when you are walking, it will jumpstart your metabolism and boost HGH. Stay away from processed foods, eat healthy whole foods. Grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, free range chicken, celery, peanut butter, spinach, drink water with lemon to flush your system out. Also any sort of working or exercise should be done with intensity. Make sure you stretch before and after. lol
You should pick up a copy of the bullet proof diet. The author focuses on a lot of things that boost test, balance hormones, and optimize brain function. Pretty cool stuff.

Also think about investing in a bathmate if you haven't already purchased one. Do some light stretches while you are pumping. Never pump for more than 5 minutes at time, 1-3 reps.
Focus on lightly stretching your ligaments and tunica ( this is the key to your PE success); plus hot water is good for preventing injuries. When you get more experienced, start with some light clamping. Take your time, and don't over do anything. Just take everything nice and light in the beginning. Intensity in PE is more so for breaking through plateaus and I wouldn't advise it. You can achieve good results with a cock ring and doing some squeezes and erect bends. I've found that the bathmate helps with EQ a as well as PE, so it's definitely a solid investment in your case. If none of that works, you could always buy some Liquid Cialis for next to nothing. I know of a couple reliable research sites. Some of them are better than others but I've yet to have one that was completely bunk. That shit will definitely you sky rocket you to boner city no matter how fucked your hormones are.

Hope things improve, bad EQ sucks. We've all been there. Sometimes you just need to incorporate a little more variety in your routine. Read the SRT manual that DLD provided on here. Everything you need to know is pretty much laid out for you. All the equipment, supplements, how to get flaccid and erect gains, how to cement those gains, etc.

a GP doesn't know shit about hormones. Even most endocrinologist are fucking clueless on testosterone deficiency, or male hormone issues. If you are really concerned about your test levels, find a TRT or hormone replacement doctor in your area. If you got questions PM me, I've been on TRT so I know the standard treatment protocol.

I highly doubt you damaged anything. PE can be a fickle bitch, too much stretching or any routine will definitely cause ED. Turtling is my favorite word to describe poor EQ. It's basically your dick saying, nah fuck off, and your real boner is hiding. lol. Lay off everything all together for a week or so. Some light jelqing is okay, jelq slow not fast. Don't pay attention to how many you do, set a timer and focus on how much blood you can force to the top of your dick with, make each one count. Slow Jelqs are good for stretching, you should feel a good stretch in your ligs. Fast jelqs are good for when you get hard and start to edge, well in at least IMO. When you are doing PE make sure you are throwing in some kegels/reverse kegels as well.

I will get started on compound lifts and light jelqs, the bathmate would be amazing but is just too darned expensive sadly. My new girlfriend is ten years younger than me and is a raging nympho, I really don't want to disappoint her. I've been popping viagra but it's not good to take too much so I need to get over this problem asap because I can't keep going down on her without giving her the D, and the viagra thing is obviously only for occasional use.

I can see you are from the UK. There are tons of good advice's here from the other guys.
But get the numbers from your doctor, we need test, free test, shbg, estrogen to rule out a hormonal problem, unless you are on some medication that can screw prolactin, progesteron, then we need those as well.

I got a hormonal problem, because of years of steroid abuse and now trying to get scriptet TRT.

The only Tribulus that ever gave me an effect are these. 4 a day and I can get hard and got a nice libido going on.
The macca root, panax gensing are also helpful. Pine bark should be the real version which is called Pycnegenol and it´s really expensive.

Yeah they are expensive, but they are well worth it. I would just put on a credit card, and pay it off later. They are actually quite a bit cheaper than they used to be. There is no way you would regret it! I've had the same pump for over 6 years!

Bacitracin is a topical antibiotic that will clear up cuts very quickly. It is what they send you home with after getting a tattoo. It also allows the skin to heal with minimal scarring/

I wonder if you have lost some blood circulation, since things takes longer to heal. Pycnogenol are studied a lot for it and should help a lot for ED caused by lost blood circulation.
Also look into pomegranate juice, it help´s clear the veins for plaque. I would recommend real juice, not concentrate or pills.
 
What worries me is some kind of damage. I appear to have lost a lot of sensation, either side of the head. Things that used to feel great and get me hard? I can barely feel anything at all and they do not even get me halfway hard. I'm scared. I'm actually scared.

Do you have a history of antiexty? Because it sounds like you could be dealing with it.
Try some of the supplements that we have recommended and see what happens, sometimes just placebo is enough to get you through situations like this ;)
Otherwise 5mg Cialis is approved safe for long term use to protect prostate and should be enough to get you hard as well.
