I don't know if this has been covered...but has anyone ever tried doing kegels while twisting?? Seems to intensify it a lot, but I'm not sure if I should make it a regular part of my routine.

*cough* Ahem...anyone? Anyone?

7w10, I have not had a second to try this yet:( I hope I can do some today.

7W10, I tried these today. What is it that you are feeling? And is it on the Kegel or Reverse Kegel?

I've only tried a regular kegal...it just seems to tighten everything up while I'm twisting.
same here

Through personal testing, I can say this accommodation does in fact intensify and compliment the Kegel. I would also compress the shaft with both hands while or after twisting.

Do you twist while erect? Seems kind of strange. Bundling and kegeling doesn't make much difference for me.

The biggest benefit of this stretch would be the base girth it would bring since most of the twist goes to the base of the penis. It may also benefit expressive gains too do to the low stretch point.

Yes, I tried it and that is how I came to the conclusion that they would be beneficial in that way.

It seems like it would be best for length gains due to ligaments being stretched when you twist your penis.

Maybe in an expressive sense but usually a stretch is most profitable from a point of grip that is far enough away to train the tissue in-between.

People have reportedly said they enjoyed doing a reverse kegel when twisting/stretching. A reverse kegel will provide more chance to stretch with much more intensity than a regular kegel.
