I have alot of problems staying flaccid while stretching , I find myself kegaling and forcing blood into the penis, getting myself erect. When doing lig specific stretches , I actually feel a better stretch when I grip at the base of my penis and pull. I can stretch what feels like 4 ligaments doing this. (2 on top, 2 on bottom)

I guess my question is, is this safe to do? I feel a better stretch then when doing it flaccid. For length of the shaft, I plan on doing this + various workouts for the shaft itself, not the ligaments. (Stretching for ligs)

I was checking out the ADS, and they seemed cool but I fear I will have the same problem staying flaccid.

I thought ejaculating after Penis Enlargement was bad for testosterone levels? At least a few hours afterwards anyway.

Is it alright to do stretches and the exercises at different times? Like normally I Penis Enlargement around 3PM Est, good to do jelqs and stuff then, wait a few hours, ejaculate and then do stretches ?

Ok, thanks. Made sense to me when people said try to avoid it. Loss of blood and hormones to the area after ejaculation, because they are released.

Well for now I am not blowing my load after I Penis Enlargement. I like to practice self restraint. Also my cock is engorged after a good workout which also makes me feel good. On the other hand, although I have no scientific proof, when you Penis Enlargement you damage the tissue and forces your body to grow/repair itself regardless of what happens afterwards. It's kind of like working out. If you train and as long as rest and diet are correct then you will grow. I don't think there is any proof that the "pump " has any effect on gaining mass. Just my 2 cents.

I like doing erect bends to help my length out. I edge then bend, edge then bend, until my penis is exuasted! I can really feel the effects of this in the insides of my penis, erect base bends really make my ligs sore too! I do this at 90 to 100 % erect.

How about just normal outward stretching ? Like away from body, up, down, left, right, for the ligaments.

I am really having trouble staying flaccid while I stretch , even after ejaculation. :mad:

Is stretching the shaft itself very important to length /girth gains, or is it mostly the ligaments? I mean I can replace shaft stretching with jelqs and other exercises correct?

Yeah semi erect jelqs help length somewhat. But really it best to do some stretching . I get the impression that your fairly new to Penis Enlargement. So your penis is not used to doing these stretches , and that is why you are becoming erect while stretching . Give a little while and you dick WILL get used to it and you'll be able to stretch without becoming erect.

Stretching the shaft is important. If you want to stretch your ligs straight down stretches are very good, so are between the cheeks stretches . As fot the shaft straight up stretches will hit the tunica, its good to do a mixture of these types of stretches . Also I recommend stretching to the left and right too. This will ensure you are hitting your penis at all the angles possible, range of motion. Just stick with it and everything will fall into place for you, and do exactly what your doing now ask questions! Good luck! :)

And yes I'm new to Penis Enlargement, and still pretty young (18), so yeah it makes sense that my brain would be more sensitive to getting erect. And believe me I have plenty of questions.

I just turned 18 still have the youth sex drive I find it almost impossible to get flaccid after warm up because of blood it never become flaccid. I squeeze the the glands still cant get there any suggestions cuz this cuts out 2 of my exercises. <:(

Have you tried ejaculating before you start? Split your routine, if you're erect after warm up, use it to your advantage a do your jelqs first. Sorry brother, youth hormones are a hard thing to control(damn I wish I was yourofl ). Just keep at it and you should get used to it after a while, and hopefully your problem will go away. ;)

I've came around with my life (quit M.J. & Cigeratte smokin and limited drug use) so self restraint is one of those things that i try to keep in mind + i've heard its helps with premature Ej. (So i try only to keep gettin off to twice a week but i cant deny the ladies:)rofl ) This also keep testrone(SP. Error) levels higher which will help me put on muscle and fat without havin tities :D
I believe the theory that masturabation within Aprox. 6 hours could potentially render growth through restricting the breaking down and rebuilding of tissues because of a self defense mechanism triggered due to ej. Spilting the exercises seems like the most sensible option im curious if i can do manual stretches or possible V stretches without warmup or ill just do it twice a week with a warm up if its not worth the risk or little chance of gain. Im correcting a curvature to the left and im doing bends to break down and rebuild ligments on right and left side (mostly right to even out strenghth) does this seem like it could be benefital along with jelqs im currently doing in my first week of Penis Enlargement.

Yep it sounds like your doing ok. Personally I don't like to stretch before warming up and I wouldn't try V stretches until your more contitioned to Penis Enlargement. There is a risk of injury. I believe alot of stretching gains are made up in the warm up and down. I would also try to be more regular with your routine if possible, Twice a week probably isn't really enough.;)
