Does this have any significant use for length or girth? I have been dion it for the last 2 weeks becuase it feels damn good on the ligs and everything. I can really feel the stretch big time. I dont pull like im gonna rip the thing off, but hard enough to really feel it. Feels a lot better and feels like a better stretch than flaccis stretching.
 
I've never been able to get anything out of "erect stretching" but, some guys swear by them. Go for it?
 
The only benefit I have gotten from erect stretching is that it helps me close the gap between my FBP and EBP size.
 
The stretching I've seen done (MOS videos) and the few I've tried seem to be done rather flaccid. Are you talking about a near 100% erection?
 
Erect stretching doesn't seem to work for me, but everyones different.

Erect stretches is highly recommended. It will help cement your erect gains. You have to do it at least 3 times a week but I'm doing it daily.
