alright i have been lurking for a while and i see erect stretches mentioned a lot but i cant seem to find an example or a laid out description anywhere can somone pls explain or make a video pls

Make sure that you are at 100% eq and stretch, simple! I like to watch something to keep me aroused while doing it so that I can stay at a higher eq for longer. Doing erect stretches will close the gap between you BPEL and BPFSL. I usually do mine straight out or straight up, I feel that straight down couldn't work unless your ligs are really weak and your erection angle is lower. I like to do small rotaries when I do my erect stretches. I hope this helped, if you need anything else just ask!
 
yep erect stretches are great. From what ive always been told is that it will catch ur bpel to ur bpfsl(if its bpfsl is longer)

Yeah very simple exercise. Just do normal stretch but with your penis erect. Nothing complex.

yep 10+mins for a six months period=an inch right? six months sounds like a century lol
 
allright cuz ive been bending it in every direction once fully hard but it didnt seem right

Don't bend it in every direction, PULL it in every direction. You are supposed to be doing an erect stretch, not an erect bend, those are for girth. Get to a 100% erection and start to pull on it like you would any other manual stretch. Pull on it outwards and upwards (at least thats what i do). It may feel weird at first because it isn't a flaccid stretch which feels more natural because you have more of a grip on the penis. Sometimes it is hard to get the required 5-10 minutes of erect stretching in because it is hard to keep that 100% erection so a 5 minute session could take 10-15 minutes but be patient, it is a good exercise.

YUP as everyone said, very simple, get 100% erect grip just below the head and stretch from there. You can stretch in various positions to help make gains stick from multiple angles. Stretch up, out, left and right.

No no thats a different exercise. Erect bends are for girth. Erect stretching is for length

i watch ���� if im going to do it for 30 minutes but its still hella boring. And I don't know how else to keep erect, i guess I'll just slap it on my leg then continue watching something entertaining

Ya the longest set i have ever done was only 10 minutes because 1) i lose my 100% erection after like 30-60 seconds and 2) it is HELLA boring!!!!!!!!

5 minutes is adequate, 10 minutes is better.

30 minutes is beastly. I feel so good though afterwards. 30 minutes erect stretching is great for me :)

Ya when I do them I try to go as long as I can but I just can't do it for 10 minutes sometimes, a 10 minute session sometimes takes 30 minutes cause I always lose EQ and I have to get it back lol :p and sometimes I just don't have the time for these sessions at night

For better grip on the penis during erect stretching use a theraband as firedragonleo suggests

Baby powder also helps. What else I have found is Baby powder is a bit damp, in a thick paste, it also helps grip. Rubber or latex gloves are also incredible with grip as are leather driving gloves.

A rag as Stillwantmore2 suggests will also help if you want to do stretches or erect stretches in the shower. So many ways to adjust grip and get better power in there.

I usually use toilet paper but that doesn't work too well for me while erect, it only works well when I stretch manually lol
