How important are prolonged erections in the process of P.E. for length gains?

By prolonged, I mean in addition to normal morning wood.

For girth, I imagine they are very important.

For length, is it enough to stretch the ligaments, deform the tunica, and expose the inner penis, and then build up the PC musculature to support the new-found length?
 
Imo daily erections are very important..you know what they say " use it,or lose it "...i heard if you're not having frequent erections your penis might even shrink up to even 1 inch.

Well yeah,that's the theory.That's what you have to do to build length.But for what you asked , yes i think having erections daily is important.Not for length or girth only,but for the whole penis..you're using your penis in erect state to fuck/masturbate,so keeping your little buddy flaccid all the time is not a good idea if you ask me.

Controlled and extended periods of holding an erection will bring gains but we are talking about very long sessions of keeping an erection. At 4 hours the penis can start to have issues so I would not go beyond 4 hours without bringing yourself back to a flaccid state. We have discussed this many times but no one has been able to accomplish it. I may put myself through the process when my Viagra arrives. I live alone and have all the privacy in the world.

Yeah, my question was more of if they are necessary for length gains, in your opinion.

Since I have begun transmuting, (no ����, no sex, no masturbation, no nothing), morning wood (and the errant fantasy) are just about the only source of them, though I believe I am still getting them at night.

Not at all. The only point in what I posted was men who have priapism for extended periods of time, days on end, will result in Mega-Phallus. It is important to know that many men who who have Mega-Phallus are also impotent. Now, in the PE sense or mimicking this is where we were a few tears back. Men were trying to keep erections for hours on end to see if it were possible to gain this way, which it is, but in every case men could not hold an erection for a formidable time. Again, this was purely experimental and in the end nothing was accomplished.
 
Think of getting an erection as an opportunity to heal your member from the damaging you've done with your exercises. It'll also grow, thats the short answer.

just try and pump as much blood into your penis as possible while it is 100% erect. and keep this dance going between ejaculation and the penis fading down.

try and keep it for as long as possible. i can actually feel after a good workout that the tissue is being stretched during my erections.

but the whole goal while i do this is to get THE best erection.

Lengthly edging would be the closest we could get to controlled priapism, and also safe.

Haha pretty much. It's kind of weird how I used to think erections were bad when I started PE...where did i get that idea from ._.

Haha yeah. I think the reason I didn't like being erect while stretching is because I had to do kegels and it made me uncomfortable while stretching and i also felt pain one time and i never kegeled again while stretching.
 
I have been 3 days now with erections from 7 - 12, so about 5 hours with an erection, throwing in girth exercises and erect stretching. I will see if I can get myself up to 6 hours tonight. Feeling thicker already but I will not dare measure:)

What's the point of this?You're hoping you will gain size by having long time erections?
 
I think viagra is the only way for mike to add more cubic inches to his phallus it being so big.

I am doing this because no one else was able to try this long enough to see if it brings enlargement through controlled-Priapism. I am my own lab rat in this experiment. 7 hours last night gonna go for 7 tonight.

I will rather do PE. PE helps to stay discipline. It has helped me to cut off fake and toxic friends. It has helped me to save money too. It helps in controlling my weight gain even when I'm not eating healthy. PE is some sort of weight loss journey on it's own.
