Does anyone do them to the side? I stopped doing them after trying them out for a few weeks. They actually feel REALLY GOOD. I'm sure plenty have done them this way, but for those of who haven't and might want to try. Get a full hard on, grab at the extreme base as well as just below the glans, and squeeze tightly at the base while bending your cock sideways sorta to either the left or the right with your top hand in an overhand grip (palms down). Hold for say a 20 count and repeat to the other side. Your cock should look kind of like an upside down candy cane of some kind while bending to the left or right with these side bends. I don't who does these, but I am going to get back to doing them soon. I just couldn't fit them in today after my first trial with Phase II this morning.

To the side do you mean twisting, like ERECT TWISTS, or a DLD type bend where you are rolling the bend?

Um, I'm not really sure. I get fully erect and take one hand and grab at the base tightly. Then I take the other hand, placing it just below the glans, and bend either to the right or left. I don't twist it. It's kind of like if you were to stand straight up and then tilt your body to a side while still facing forward. Does that make sense? I'm not too good at describing this sort of thing am I? There is pressure on the side I am stretching away from. I hold these for 20 seconds.

I do those when clamped, although i can't bend it all the way around like a candy cane, but they are pretty amazing. They make my girth look unreal. But I am not sure if these are really more beneficial to girth or length.

LOL, I didn't mean I could make it look exactly like a candy cane just about that shape. Don't they feel pretty damn good though? I think they help length more, but that is just my hypothesis as I have only started doing them the last few weeks or so. I stopped for a few days then started again today. I just do them for 20 second holds and repeat as many times as I can. I haven't done clamped work yet. I'm still a novice at constrictors. I want to start them, but I have too much going on and don't want to start doing too many things Penis Enlargement wise on top of it all. Phase II is a beast so far for me as well. Probably can't afford to and don't want to stress my guy down there too much ya know?

This is how I do my erect bends while clamped.
Left, right, up and down in this manner.
 
During the bend, what is it supposed to feel like? I can't get a straight answer out of anyone lol. To me it goes from nothing to feeling sharp like its tearing, it never has that stretching feeling like a squeeze. I must be doing something wrong

It sort of has a stretch feeling to it. Like if you were to stretch the sides of your penis so to speak.

So you do bends in the same direction as a DLD forced jelq bend? And in the opposite way as well? Dang.

Damn, where was my head on this! Double Forced Jelq and Bends are a side bend. Me without my regular computer is like losing my brain.
 
I get erect, clamp so I am FULLY engorged.
Than I work my way up the ENTIRE shaft, bending from left to right, up and down ... holding each stretch for 10-15 seconds.
Its a SIMPLE, bend.
You get both hands and bend like you would a ruler if ya gunna break it, but OBVIOUS not so intense an AOA otherwise you'll hurt ya meat.
You WILL feel the stretch.
Best doing these as erect as poss' cos than ya stretching max enlarged penis, which IMHO will yield better results.
Finally, I have gained well with these.
This is a EXTERNAL TUNICAE Exercise, and NOT for the INTERNAL TUNICAE or the LIGAMENTS, just to make that clear.
