Do I have to try and maintain full erection, throughout the erect stretches, or is ok if I lose some erection. This is what I do.I get an almost 100 % erection, kegel the head, grab it, and pull hard outwards. Now If I try to relax my Pelvic floor, aka Reverse Kegel, I cant maintain 100 % erection, it naturally decrease by 10-20 %.Is this ok, or I should kegel for the entire one minute, in order to keep max erection the entire time?

Its perfectly fine to lose some erection. Your doing fine.

Exactly. If you start to lose your erection simply just re-stimulate yourself and go from there. Erect stretching need not take more than 10 minutes every few days. So don’t drive yourself crazy with this, simply two or three times a week get in 5 to 10 minutes of erect stretching. Remember the only reason we’re doing the stretches is to close the gap between BPFL and BPEL.

BPFL or BPSFL ? If its the second, then I guess I dont have a gap, the first, obviously I have.I am around 19 cm BPEL and 19.2-19.3 cm BPSFL

Thank you very much for the response. So, yes, I dont have a gap.My BPSFL is around 19-19.5 cm at most, and my BPEL is 19 cm, if I measure along the curve(I have pronounced banana curve ).I think this is a correct way to measure.

The gap is the difference between BPSFL and BPEL

Exactly. This difference will remain there through all of anyone’s PE career. But it will be relative to how much size you gain so the gap doesn’t grow bigger it remains the same as you continue to cement using erect stretches

There used to be a theory based on this gap back in the day, the TGC theory, no clue if its still around. I dont remember what TGC stands for, but basically was based in that if the gap between BPSFL and BPEL is too big, you should notice some decrease in erectile quality because your tunica was becoming larger than your CC's to fill it up. On the other hand, it was believed that the smaller the gap, the better the erection quality because in theory the CC's are large enough to be very tight against the tunica during an erection.

I see you were here in 2 months ago. I hope you have not given up on PE? Time waits for no one brother. Focus on getting that monster cock. Do the erect stretches left, right and center.
