If youre looking for an "easy" way to get bigger, good luck. This stuff requires time, effort, and most importantly a strong DESIRE to be bigger along with dedication. If you wanted to add a couple inches to your biceps...same deal...not "easy". If youre not scared away yet...do a search in the personal routines area and look through other guys' routines for some examples. Determine what you want...length ...girth...both?
