Hi aka, welcome to MOS. Your best bet for a good beginner routine is to read the members routines and progress forum. There are all kinds of routines posted there. Keep in mind that you want to start out on a beginner or "newbie " routine. If you have trouble finding something you like you can always send a PM to DLD and I'm sure he will be happy to set you up on a routine. He has helped a ton of guys out with this.
If youre looking for an "easy" way to get bigger, good luck. This stuff requires time, effort, and most importantly a strong DESIRE to be bigger along with dedication. If you wanted to add a couple inches to your biceps...same deal...not "easy". If youre not scared away yet...do a search in the personal routines area and look through other guys' routines for some examples. Determine what you want...length ...girth...both? Then design a workout routine based on what you want.
