Hi guys, back again!

Im doing quite well with my routine, i havnt measured yet but im starting to see some gains (mostly girth) which im pleased about. I figured out how to do SSJ's and i think that is helping me a lot. Hoping to get some answers to a couple of questions i have though, any help would be greatly appreciated.

DLD Blasters - Id like to give these a try as ive read good things about them. Am i right in saying that you hold you penis under the glands (ok grip), stretch around your wrist and kegel hold for 30 seconds?

Heating Pad or Soaked Cloth - Ive been using the Soaked Cloth method and it's working well. The problem is i share a home with 4 other people, all of which fight over the bathroom and the hot water available (women lol..). My question is would a heating pad be just as effective? It would be a lot less hassle for me..

Stretch marks - Well, one large stretch mark to be precise. It's near the base of my penis and i believe has been caused by jelqing. It's not sore as such, but is bright red and causing a slight irritation. When i apply a moisturiser the skin begins to peel later on but doesnt heal. Could anyone recommend a cream or something to deal with this and also advise on how to prevent this from happening again?

Cockring - What is the benefit of using one of these and when should it be used?

Slow Squash Jelqs are the best, I am glad you have mastered them. DLD Blasters are another very good exercise. You are explaining them incorectly so I assume you are doing them incorrectly. The Kegel is really used as a precursor to exaust the pelvic floor muscles, this s why so many are done prior to stretching. Once in engaged in the rhthym of the DLD Blasters the stretch is really like this,

1. Get into A-Stretch
2. Kegel Once, hold for 5 seconds while keeping good tension
3. Then, all at once engage in the Reverse Kegel and put even more effort into the A-Stretch by flexing your wrist
4. Hold this position for 30 seconds while RK'ing the entire 30 seconds.

Stretch Marks and the like are something that will happen as enlargement happens so it is best to be prepared for this by using healing agents and preventative methods to help this. First, warm-ups are very good as they pre-stretch the skin. Next, after stretching, massage and heat can be used to warm-down to promote even blood flow and the elimination of any retention that may have happened.

A ring can be used after the girth routine is done to hold the post-pump longer than possible. The longer you remain expanded the faster the gains will become permanent.

Thanks man. Yeah as soon as i started SSJ's i noticed the difference straight away. I havnt actually tried DLD Blasters yet, i read about them last year but didnt get round to giving them a try. I understand what to do now so will have a go later on.

I think im going to try a longer warm up to help prevent this stretch mark from getting worse. Ive ordered some Bio Oil which is supposed to be good with treating them so i'll apply this after the warm down phase.

I get what your saying about the cockring and think it would be beneficial. They are fairly cheap so i'll pick one up when im out over the weekend.

The longer you remain expanded the faster the gains will become permanent".....do you mean we should massage immediately after jelqing and then apply the cock ring or jelque then immediately apply cock ring for a while (how long>), remove then massage followed by warm-down?

Sorry if this is a stupid question

Massage with a semi erection and heat as needed, this will be a good precursor to using the ring. Regain a good erection, put on ring (You will be semi-erect at this point, go about your day.
 
Cool, thanks for clarifying. Immediately after jelqing I have been locking off my penis and kegalling to full erect capacity then holding it in that state for 5 minutes or so before releasing, jelqing and repeating the process, trust this doesn't do any harm.
 
lol, no i lock off the base of my penis and then kegal repeatedly to fill my penis with blood one quick kegal at a time. once its throbbing i stop and leave it for 5 mins
 
Well, im trying my best to do the DLD Blasters but failing miserably :( When i try to reverse kegel nothing happens, it doesnt increase the stretch and i feel like im just straining for no reason. Im i too small for this exercise?? (4.5 inches flacid)

Guess i'll have to just stick to stretching and jelqing, although the large red mark (which im assuming is a stretch mark?) gets worse the more i Penis Enlargement which is requiring me to have more time off than i want to.

Does anyone else find Penis Enlargement this difficult or is it just me? LOL

Yea it's totally difficult. That's kinda the point though, you gotta stick with it. I'm still learning new stuff almost everyday and I've Penis Enlargement'd consistently for 5 years. The more you do it, the more you'll understand your penis, the limits you can push yourself to and when and if you need a break.
And no, you're not too small to do any of these excersizes. In fact, 4.5 inches flaccid is well above average. Just keep doing your best, and if one excersize doesn't work for you, there's tens of others waiting to be tried! :)

First, sorry for any frustrations, lets see what we can figure out. I think many guys expect a massive increase in length during Reverse Kegel but this may nut manifest as measurable difference at first. Sometimes this difference will not be obvious until we have become very well rehearsed with the movements and the application of the stretch. I do not want to make it more confusing for you, but more simple.

DLD Blasters Abstract:
Kegel you ass off starting a half hour before DLD Blasters. Go overboard. Do so many that you can't do any more! Once you have caused much fatigue start the exercise. First, get into the A-Stretch. Next, while applying slight tension (maybe 80%) Kegel 5 to 10 more times (this is to recognize the fatigue and further enforce the fact that the pelvic floor muscles are too tired to resist.) Next, shift into the Reverse Kegel. WHile pushing the RK, flex your wrist and increase the intensity to 100+% Hold this position for as long as you can, stretching with full intensity the whole time. You have done 1 rep. How many more is up to you but I like to base my length workouts on time more than counting. 20-30 minutes will leave me completely and absolutely stretched.

It is also VERY IMPORTANT to understand that men realize the state of fatigue can be immediately accessed, without all the kegel work, by stretching directly after an emission. Begin Blasters, or any other length work, immediately after.

Im trying to stick to it the best i can. 5 days a week is the most i can do at the minute but ive had to go back to doing just 300 jelq's instead of 600 due to this slight injury shall we say. I got some oil for it to apply afterwards but it seems to take a few days for it to start working and in that time im still doing Penis Enlargement which is slowing down the healing process dramatically.

I know that im roughly average in length, but my girth is what worries me. I think the last time i measured it was 3.75", which to me looks very thin. Ideally id like to gain an inch in both length and girth and id be happy. If i could get myself up to 6 in length and 5 in girth id be over the moon :)

5 years, wow. I can see you have made significant gains though going by your signature info. Congrats.

Nah it's cool, i appreciate you taking the time to help.

When i tried the Blasters, i hadnt done much Kegeling prior to it, so maybe that was the problem. I did a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute stretching, that was all. I understand the concept of the exercise now but i was finding it difficult to hold for 30 seconds, at 15 i was losing grip and felt like i was straining too much trying to do the Reverse Kegel. I might just do a few more weeks of stretching/jelqing/kegeling and try the blasters at a later date, perhaps im getting too far ahead of myself. The SSJ's are making a difference as i already mentioned and it is still early days in my Penis Enlargement career.
