Embracing ''Discomfort'' The KEY To BIG Gains

I've been at this game of ours for over a decade now. I know, I come off as a bragart sometimes, or someone who seems full of himself. However, I feel I have a lot of experience and true, documented gains...unlike many so called ''gurus'', or ''leaders'' in the Penis Enlargement community. I also have witnessed my advice being useful to more men than I can count. I'm not here to ''stir the pot'' though, or to self idolize. My goal with this post is to hopefully provide at least one man with another golden nugget of information that can help him break through a barrier to yet another gain...or perhaps to reaching his FIRST gain. As I said above, I have personally helped more men than I can honestly count, and if I were being PAID for the help I have provided over the years, I would be a lot wealthier than I am now. I shit you not. With the direct coaching I have done behind the scenes via PM and even by PHONE, the product endorsements, the ''how to videos'', and so on. Ok, ok enough gloating.

To the meat and potatoes per se.

One of the main things I see men chase their proverbial tails over with Penis Enlargement is the subject of ''intensity''. How much is too much? How much is enough? How much is just right? Can I gain by just barely pulling on or squeezing my penis? Do I need to run a Mack truck over my penis to gain? These are just a FEW directly related questions I have seen pondered over during my time in this community. I personally believe the main thing holding most men back from the gains they desire really is, knowing how to embrace discomfort rather than avoid it. As humans, our natural instinct is to gravitate toward things that make us comfortable. With Penis Enlargement, one of the primary flaws is the lack of true quantitative-ness with regards to applied force. In laymans' terms, it's very difficult to actually measure how much force is being applied to the penis when we do Penis Enlargement. We can guestimate, but that does not get us very far. I think this is a good reason things like pumping and hanging weights have become popular in some circles. Unlike stretching with the hands, or squeezing for example, with hanging or pumping, we can say ''ahah! I'm applying ''X'' amount of resistance to my penis!'' The flaw with these methods though (hanging/pumping) is the low amount of pressure or resistance that is able to be applied. Hanging directs a low amount of pressure to a very small area of the penis. This makes a low amount of weight seem like a lot more than it actually is. The same can be said for pumping. I won't try to argue though with the theories and principles vs the potential merits of these methods. That would go beyond the purpose of this post.

To make big, and continued gains in Penis Enlargement we need to learn how to break past a mental barrier. The normal voice in your head that tells you to ''stop'' because you feel a little twinge or some discomfort. Knowing how to ignore that voice is the idea. At the same time, you need to understand when you DO need to back off. However, the 'back off' point is usually a lot farther away than you think. It does vary for most men, but the penis is capable of a lot more 'punisHydromaxent' than most of us tend to realize. I myself, have only within the last few months realized and begun to apply this concept. It's very simple in concept, but harder to actually apply.

My point is that you too can realize where this barrier is for YOU. It comes with time, and focus. I'm not advocating anything dangerous either. I've seen some men do some truly disturbing (to me anyway) things to their penises that have nothing to do with Penis Enlargement (involving vehicles, nails, razors, glass, high heels, etc). What you do with YOUR penis is of course up to you. I offer this post as what I hope to be a ray of light or a (as alcoholics call it) ''moment of clarity''.

Great article Still, I am Blogging it!

I completely agree with this, I embrace the discomfort I can feel in the Bathmate. I know it's only discomfort and not pain, and i'm always a lot larger after a session when I bear it. I do get a lot more red dots on my penis, but I know this is just a by-product of good intensity!

Yeh has been the same for me also, seems like the more intense the better in a way. I look at it like this, hanging you condition your dick to take more force in hanging ie weight. It should then theoretically be the same with other methods increasing intensity on girth exercises like clamping and jelqing, of course without going too overboard.

Well, you guys would be amazed how often men seem to think Penis Enlargement should be an effortless, 100% comfortable experience with no visible changes to the penis other than size. It's almost comical in my opinion. I mean be realistic, we're forcing the penis to stretch and/or expand WAY past what it is normally used to doing biologically.

Yeah, I have a few markings on it that look permanent, probably from a few ingrown hair spots that i treated poorly, resulting in scar tissue. I might see if I can buy anything for these in the future, but they don't bother me much.

Your penis will change in more ways than just length and girth, that is an inevitability.

I agree with your fully. The only thing is that "little voice" you mentioned is not a little voice to me, it's a shout. Because lets face it ... no one wants to injure their penis!
For example ... any of you who weight lift knows that shit hurts like fuck ... especially when you lift high weight/low rep. But you KNOW you will be ok. So therefore bearing with the pain is a lot easier.

Not the same story when Penis Enlargementing. In the back of every mans mind, that fear of injury and fear of the consequences that may follow are there. Personally, having to go to a Urologist and tell him I hurt my dick 'cause I was purposefully causing trauma to it would be really REALLY embarrassing. Probably (I'm guessing) the vast majority of men that do this keep it a secret (excluding wives/girlfriends and all of you); this includes me. It would be very difficult dealing with a broken dick (literally) and having nobody find out.

And then the biggest fear: WHAT IF IT NEVER WORKS AGAIN!!!! AHHHHH

In no way am I trying to be discouraging, because these thoughts and similar ones like them do cross my mind when I personally Penis Enlargement (which I pretty much just started). And they are perfectly reasonable thoughts to have no matter how unreasonable Penis Enlargementing may be, lol. Like you also mentioned, there is that sensation of a "good burn", but all it takes is to go over that threshold, add a small tinge of sharp pain, and good thoughts go down the drain. So to sum it up, yes we have a natural reflex to avoid pain, but when it comes to ones own penis they will undoubtedly be even more cautious.

But then you, as a very experienced person in this field, may come back and say "suck it up, pussy". But every time one increases the intensity of the workout, they are taking a leap of faith in their own mind. That sense of experimenting on yourself sucks! Especially when it comes to Penis Enlargement, because when the intensity is increased, it's also the first time that has happened; and you don't REALLY know what to expect next.

Yep, all very true and good points.

Totally agree with everything said here. I think too many men are afraid of feeling uncomfortable, leading to less and slower gains. "if I pull my dick harder now, it gets uncomfortable, i'll have a day off instead" "if I jelq another set I'd might feel a little sore - that can't be good for me, i'll just stop right now instead" is a way of thinking thats way too popular IMO.

Yep and then instead of guys doing Penis Enlargement we see theories, spread sheets and every variation of off/on you can imagine. :)

Indeed. More guys should start hitting their workouts hard and stop worrying wether to pull at 87 og 90 degree angle.
