Does anyone else experience what I call the "elastic fantastic" effect?

After a heavy Penis Enlargement session (more noticeably on girth), the penis shrinks slightly. The only sensible reason I can see is an elastic effect - it has been stretched (and since the tissue is elastic tissue) and then let go, so it "snaps back" (contracts), before gradually returning to an enlarged state. Similar behaviour to rubber really.

I've heard reports of it happening to oter people, and it tended to happen to me more earlier on in my Penis Enlargement history. This leads me to believe that the elastic quality of the penis is gradually worn down as it enlarges - similar behaviour to rubber again: it's quality is reduced until eventually it can't stretch , and breaks.

This is the main reason why I believe rest time is so important. We must give our penises time to regenerate the elastic factor, otherwise injury is more likely.

Obviously, this doesn't apply to everyone (DLD exercises 7days on last time I heard), but then maybe he's right in thinking that the penis only requires a matter of hours to regenerate enough elasticity to protect itself. Thoughts?

No, I think it's a common thing, just your conclusions are flawed cause what we need to make our dick bigger is to overcome this elasticity and force our units in the plastic state. Where the elongation during the workout will be permanent.
Maybe it's safe like hell to stay in the elastic range but it would stunt 0 growth.
So if you observe your elasticity is not decreasing you should workout more, not less.

Why would you want it to snap back? Don't we want our dicks to NOT be able to return to it's original size or smaller? I'm looking to stretch it out so much that it'll NEVER go back to it's original length .

I'm with pole and Godsize on this. While recovery time is vital, you're trying to keep the penis in an elongated state, not to return back to normal.

While I agree that we want to train our penises to remain in an elongated state, that isn't really what we're doing. In breaking down the tissue, the body builds more tissue to reinforce it. This means that it isn't just hanging looser, but there's more tissue.

Why would you want it to snap back?
you're trying to keep the penis in an elongated state, not to return back to normal.
Don't get me wrong - I want my penis to remain "pumped" post workout as long as possible, but I think this is why it doesn't stay pumped all the time. There must be an elastic effect, or else any gains made from a session would be immediately permanent, right?

The reason I thought that elasticity was important was injury. If the penis is not elastic, and you pull it taught, there is more chance of it "snapping" (injury of some sort ocurring). While it still remains elasticity, it allows us to break it down gradually, and rebuild it safely, which is why it takes so long for enlargement to happen.

Am I making sense? I'm just musing the science behind Penis Enlargement :)
