Hi!

This is not really about Penis Enlargement but I want to know are there any methods that makes me to come more (I mean more spearm when I ejaculate)???
Any vitamins, minerals, foods??

And how do I shoot it like a ���������?? ;)
 
Lecithin!

found in egg yolk. Boil eggs max.3min so it's still liquid. If it's stiff it was boiling to long and the lecithin is gone!
Eat 2-3 eggs every day and you will the the results after max.1week.

Lecithin, it is. You can't take too much, the body flushes out any excess. It's available in supplement form; GNC has it as ddoes any Quixtar IBO.

The only way is kegels, that's the only way. 100 a day if you can. My longest in bed was 45 minutes and the woman came about several times. Why? Kegels! This is after working a tough job that requires a ton of endurance. And after I was done, I shot my baby batter like a pornstar. The downside is holding it in too much will fuck up your nutsack.
 
Every day all day long and then should be doing their Kegels. If you do them constantly eventually you’ll do them subconsciously.
 
I can only comment from my own personal experience at long kegel holds, in that they cause no damage.

At worse you get the ache in the scrotum area from not shooting a load, but once done that discomfort eases.

As DLD put it, do these as often as possible. Don't even need to count, just do them, vary them with quick, progressive, slow, holds.

I don't think you can overdo it, some disagree, which is fine, I've done them for many hours at a time for nearly 12 months daily when in my hayday if you like, never had negative sides, just able to hold off ejaculation, and the my erection was like a lead pipe, the women LOVED it, much more then a big dick too.
