Today was a day of glory for me as I broke the eight inch mark. Eight inches means a lot to me as I have changed since beginning Penis Enlargement about a year ago (last June). I was scared, unconfident, and generally had an inferiority complex. However, as I Penis Enlargemented, I gained confidence and this confidence reflected every aspect of my life. When I measured today at 8 1/8 inches, I could hardly contain my want to yell out "FUCK YEAH, eat that bitches!", but I held it in. In hindsight, I am very mad at myself, because if I had stuck with a routine for the entire year, I would probably be breaking the 9 inch mark right now, but I have something to look forward to. BTW, check my routine entitled "Back to the Basics" for any info on what I did to gain. ALmost all of my gains have come from stretchign and Supra Slammers.

Total gains after one year (Penis Enlargemented very inconsistently)

EG: + .75 inch

I only measure Erect readings because I find flaccid stretch readings to be hard to take. BPenis EnlargementL.

I bought a Bib Hanger a year ago, but never used it because it was too complicated with wrapping and such. I only do manual work, and I have never pumped my penis. On hanging, I am interested in SWM's all day hanging idea, and if he pursues it, it may make my gains skyrocket.
 
To all guys that needed Base Girth, I found the perfect combo of Supra Slammers and Stretching. My Base Girth is 6 1/8 and my MSEG is 5 3/4. It gives it a very intimidating look, and I hope to get to about 6 3/8 BG with 6 MSEG. While on my "EXTREME Phase I" program, I started to stretch about 30 min a night, and built up to over an hour. Right now I am doing about 20 Phase I Stretch (Down/Left/Right/Up/Rotary) a night with about 18 Supra Slammers. By August, I am thinking about converting my extreme stretching routine to an extreme DLD Blaster routine. This routine should include about 100+ Blasters a night and 40+ Rotary Blasters and should kick my ass to 9 INCHES!

hey, just curious when you say you are doing 20 phase I stretches, are you doing like say, 20 reps of thirty seconds each? The phase I routine is like 3 reps per direction at 30 seconds apiece, or correct me if I'm wrong. Just wonderin what you meant by 20? thanks and congrats, can't wait to be there myself.

I do 20 sets of all of the angles. Each set takes about 3 minutes. For any questions check out my Thread called "Back to the Basics" in the Routine section.
