I am a person who is recovering from peyronies and I still have a curve to my erections as well as a weak erection with less size than I used to be. I was directed to this site for a custom program that might be of help to me.
Welcome jburk, I'm glad to see you found your way here from mens-health. I am presuming you followed my link. DLD is the man to talk too. I am sure he will ring in. Good lick and look around there is a goldmine of information here.
This will hopefully bring to life what brought you here.
I am a 66 year old who had the misfortune of having a thing called Peyronies back in 1998. Over the years my erections got softer and bent preventing the ability of having sex with my wife. I accidently found this site about 3 months ago and have been working out as regularly as possible and I have made modest gains but nothing to brag about. My wife had passed away about 21` months ago, but I am hoping beyond hope that this program will help me to restore my erections to a normal state. Then if there ever does happen to be another somone in my life at least I will have something to offer besides popcorn in the evening. I am doing the stretching for 10 min, and jelg and the jelg and hold for a total of 10 min. With a 3 min warm up and a 2 min warm down. This program was given me by somone there for my custom workout. Should I be doing more?
After reading the story I can understand what he went through, now all I have to do is find out the exercises that will work for me to restore me back to normal and maybe even larger than I was. What should I do next?
jburk, not sure where DLD is, he helps tons of people and does so here and at several other sites. I'm sure he'll pop in soon. I know little about Peyronies, only what I have read on threads here and at other sites. Wish I could give you some input on what exercises would help. Until he does be patient.
German Stallion here, I will give you all the encouragement and help you can stand. Been there and have faced it and won. You can too. Been off the site for awhile so sorry didn't see your post before. DLD will give you sooner specific exercises for your need. I can help you with encourgment and tell you that you can whip this peyronies. Many guys have and others who won't work at it just face defeat and quit. I am not one to quit.
Start by doing moderate jelqs. I recommend a hundred a day to start. That might seam like a lot but if you do 100 per day for a week you will see the blood flow begin to make your penis come alive again. Also, begin doing some erect bends. When your penis is erect, bend against the curve, or bend. Do you have a lot of plaque? You can send me a personal message and I will respond and give you more details on how to get rid of the plaque. I had two areas of plaque and both are gone, the bend is gone the erections are great. GS
To German Stallion-----First let me say thanks to all for the encouragement. At the present time I haven't found any remaining plaque, and the urilogist told me it was gone, but the bending was still there. My orginal post stated that I had this since 1998, but that was wrong. It was 1989. My fingers just don't work sometimes on this keyboard. My EL had shrunk from 6.5 in to 5.5 in. I started the program from Mens health back in June of this year and have been taking the ProSolution pills along with their exerecises and have gaind back most of the inch I had lost but I still have the bend and also would like to gain some more if possible. I haven't joined this site as yet so I guess I will and see where this all takes me. I don't know if I should continue with mens health and the pills or not. Your suggestions please. I am curently doing about 10 Min of streching followed by 10+ min of Jelging, don't know how many though. Thanks for your input, will be awaiting your reply.
Hi J...you can get the bend out and you can gain length . Work is the word. It takes work and determination. I am 62, got peyronies 4 years ago and have worked for the past two. Have gained back to 7 inches but want to go to my original 8. Hope I can. No, I know I can. You need to put more time into it. 10 minutes won't do it. You need to be stretching for a half hour. Start with those 100 jelqz. They don't have to be hard, but do put some effort into it. Then do some erect bends. That is when your penis is totally erect or at least 85 per cent. Bend and stretch the organ away from the bend. (What you are doing is trying to straighten it out again, and go a little farther.) Do that for another 10 minutes. Then when you are flaccid, stretch using some to the techniques you see on the MOS and stretch for another 20. YOu must put an hour a day at least 5 days a week to see the results you want. Doing the Jelqs will give you back some girth, and the stretching will do two things. First it will give you some needed blood to make your erections hard and give you life again to ye ole penis. Then 2nd it will start to stretch the penis, pull some of the ligs out and you will see some length growth. The most important thing that I have seen, even though I am wonderfully happy that I have gained length and girth is the life that has come back to my "penis." I have hard erections, able to have sex regularly and I mean regularly. After a good hard year and half, I have no bend, or bent penis. I have a curve upward but the break that was there is gone. These erect bends are brutal so don't start on them till you have jelqed for a week or so. You need to get the penis in shape for them. Try other exercises too and you will find some that you feel are getting some action. Glad you joined the forum, and we will all help you and encourage you as much as possible. GS
Mowinman, I went to that site and read some of their articles. More proof that you can't believe everything that you read. The statements made are not at all accurate. It is the same rethoric I see on most of the Peyronies support sites. Men with Peyronies sit around and moan about how bad it is and they will never again be normal and they all get together to feel sorry for themselves and have a pitty party. Meanwhile their penis is not getting better as the site says it will in time. The plaque will not go away and surgery is not an option. They also make some claims that Penis Enlargement and exercise will not help. I have been working with probably 20 men over the past 6 months who are seeing good results and have contact with far more than that who are doing nothing, did nothing and the results are tragic. Men in common don't like to talk about the problem and those that don't soon become recluse and their marriages often suffer tragicly. They lose confidence and they certainly are not happy. The very fact that MOS is getting 500,000 hits a day tells me that men out there are looking for answers. Some of those men have to have peyronies or be affected. I hope we can give them hope. I know of no one who has been cured of peyrones doing nothing. I don't know of anyone who has been hurt during exercises. I really don't know why the warnings are given not to try these things. It is probably the same that Doctors say that you can't increase the size of your penis and when someone does, they reject it because it was not their idea. Thanks for listening. GS
I agree, if I had done nothing I would still be the same as I was before starting the Penis Enlargement exercises. I have gained back most of what I have lost and I am still working out and will continue untill no more gains are coming. The doctors whom I have seen are all the same, "it will go away" or "here is a prescription for Vigra". I don't want to take medicine that dosen't really adress the problem, and I know it won't go away since mine has been a problem since 1989 and the only change I have seen is with the Penis Enlargement program. I just wish I had found this site long ago so my wife would have been able to see the results.
Thanks for posting J. Maybe more guys will come on board with some positive reports too. I know a lot of men with Peyronies have joined MOS and are greatly benefiting by the videos of DLD doing the exercises. Seems that if you can see it done, you have a better idea of what you should be doing. As far as results are concerned, it takes time to get rid of the plaque. My plaque was excessive, in two places. But with massage and jelqing it is totally gone. I beleive the reason is that the jelqing puts a lot of blood into the penis and the blood is the curative power. Without jelqing, the penis would not have had the blood. After peyronies, many men don't even get an erection because they become sedimentary. GS
GS, Didn't look into the site. Found it posted on another forum and posted it here because it addressed Peyronies. Just thought of jburk when I saw it and thought it may contain some helpful information.
