I'm trying for a little bit of extra girth these days (and any length that goes with it is just a bonus) so I have set up this 3-session workout for myself. (I'm currently on a fairly long vacation and my girlfriend's out of town so I figure I might as well make the most of it.)


AM girth routine

Hot-wrap warmup 5 min
Standard jelq 10-15 min
Modified Mega Pump 15 min
Modified Head Squeeze 15 min
Erect bends 5 min (ca 6 "reps")
Standard jelq 5 min
Hot-wrap cooldown 5 min

PM length routine

Standard downward stretch
Long shlong (alternate standard and pressured)
Side stretches
Superset of long shlong and downward stretch
Behind the leg stretch
A-stretch

For the stretches I basically just alternate between these different stretches doing about 4 "reps" each and then moving on. Depending on how my day looks and how motivated I am I stretch for abut 30-60 min.

PM girth routine

Hot-wrap warmup 5 min
Superset dry horses and mega pump 10 min
Dry jelq 10 min
Superset wet jelq and mega pump 10 min
Head squeeze 5 min
Hot-wrap cooldown 5 min


So far so good on this program. I started on 13th June at 7.4" BPenis EnlargementL and as of 25th June I stand at attention with 7.7" BPenis EnlargementL. For EG I started with 5.6" and I'm now up to 5.9".

The PM part of my girth work has proven very succesful. It's my minor variation of DLD's recent Crazy Girth Blasters that seem to be doing all the work (I work the reps and add some dry jelqing between reps for good measure). In just under a week I've gained 0.3" in girth which puts me at 6.2".

Yeah well, I put a lot of effort into it right now so I really should be seeing the kind of gains I'm having. This weekend will be a curious experience. I haven't seen my girlfriend in a little over 2 weeks and in that time I've gained about 0.5" in girth. I also haven't had a condom on for a while and I've gained 0.7" total girth since I did. Sure to be interesting.

Did you take any off-days that time?

BTW, what's a mega pump ?

I took a day off about every 4 days so I did mostly 3-on-1-off. I still did PC work on my off days though. I think some of those gains are from adding pills to the mix. I noticed much more "quality" erections once I started on pills and much greater stamina during sex. Heck, it felt like I was 19 again but knew what I was doing...

It's one of the Ferrari exercises. I've put a slight spin on it (and another on, the head squeeze) to suit my needs. Nice trapping-type exercise.

Still working out with the above routine as a rough guide depending on available time and how I feel (soreness etc.). The workouts themselevs are going great but after a week-long layoff to visit my girlfriend I've seen no gains. Wonder if the loss of continuity hampered progress which was great before that.
