I have been doing Penis Enlargement since January, although admit it was quite sporadic in the beginning, and I have only been truly dedicated the last month or so. It has become routine now, and I look forward to it as a part of my day. I do Penis Enlargement work 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday) for about 2 hours a day.

Here is my routine as of now:

I start off by doing RedZulu's constrictor, for a duration of 10 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of jelquing at around 85% erection. I do these two back-to-back three times, followed by another 10 minute constrictor. Doing this takes 70 minutes, as there are 4 constrictors done, and three 10 minute jelq sessions done in-between the constrictors.

After this, I usually "get off" (which is easy to do after keeping erect for an hour and ten minutes) so it is easy to do stretch work. I stretch upwards towards and past my navel, doing ten reps of 60 second streches. After these 10, I do ten stretches of 60 seconds each, pulling between my legs towards my ass. The I do a 10 minute (10 reps by 60 seconds) set of downward, bundled stretches , using an A-grip.

I follow my stretching by working out my PC muscle. This kind of varies, depending on how I'm feeling that day, but I usually try to do 100 quick kegels, followed by 10 reps of kegels, each one being held as long as I can (therefore, I may start at around 2 minutes, then it decays down to around a minute by the 10th rep). I then follow this by another set of 100 quick kegels, which ends my routine.


As for my gains, here is what I've seen thus far:


(All original measurements were taken on January 29, 2003)

Current BPenis EnlargementL: 7.0625"
Current NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.5625"
Current EG: 5.125"

Also, currently, my FSL is 7.3125. I never measured this initially, but I'm fairly certainly it probably wasn't even 6.75".

Oh yes, and my current LOT is around 9:30, so I may decide to do more lig work in the future. However, I will stick with this routine until it does me no more good.

As for goals, I'm not overly ambitious. My original goal was 7" length and 5.5" girth. I'll just keep working at it and see where my length is if/when I reach 5.5" girth. Ideally, I think it'd be cool to see an 8x6 or so in the end, although if I don't get any bigger than I am now, I'll still be more than happy, due to the health benefits I am seeing. I'm just going to play it by ear and see how stuff goes.

This is so important DS...the habit needs to be strong. You have already made such wonderful gains I can only see you hitting the 8x6 even quicker now that you have stepped up your dedication.

Hey, thanks a lot.

I haven't made any gains since I started this thread (6/22), but that is no concern, seeing as less than a month has passed. However, I think I'm going to mix up my routine in a couple weeks (or sooner), just to try something new, and to see if it aids with gains. I may try phase 2 of DLD's plan and see how that goes a couple of months down the road. I'll keep everyone posted on how things are going, particularly if i reach a milestone length .

If it's a change of pace you're looking for, might I suggest trying a routine that follows the same guidelines as my current routine? It's proving to be very successful for myself, as well as the few other people I know of who are using a similar routine. Give it a try at least, I think you'll be very pleased with how much more efficient your exercise sessions will become.

Alright, I finally got around to completely revamping my routine.

My current routine is now doing super-setted DLD Girth Busters for about an hour straight (dry set, wet set, dry set, wet set). I think I'll eventually up it to about an hour and a half, therefore doing 3 sets of the dry and 3 sets of the wet. For now though, I am doing 2 sets of each wet and dry.

I follow this routine up with a half hour of Bundled DLD Blasters, which I guess amounts to around 76 Blasters total at the rate I do them. I start off with a clockwise Bundled Blaster, followed by a counter-clockwise Bundled Blaster, then keep repeating the process until 30 minutes has elapsed.

I follow up the whole routine with DLD's 5-minute testicular massage/stretch routine.


The only things I'm thinking of adding as time goes on is maybe another half hour of stretching of some sort, as well as some supplementary jelqing throughout the day, as I'd ideally like to wet jelq at least a half hour a day (including the 10 minutes of wet jelqing that I get from the Girth Busters).

I think my gains will be pretty good from this, especially when I implement all parts. By that point, the routine will take almost 3 hours, instead of the current hour and 35 minutes. Guess that's a pretty ambitious undertaking, but I'll see how it goes. I'll keep everyone posted.

Guys, thanks for the support. I pretty much concluded I needed to try something new, not only because I was at a plateau, but because the routine was getting stale in my mind. And if your mind isn't really excited about what you're doing, then your body and therefore penis won't be either. So yes, I had a lot of fun with the new routine yesterday, as it was a complete change of pace.

I'll give a measurement update at the end of the month, or whenever my cock is dragging on the floor...whatever comes first. :) Catch you all later.

Sorry,

I've had a bunch of lame shit go down recently, and can't say I've been holding true to my Penis Enlargement plan. I hate to have to say something like that, but it's true. Guess you guys haven't noticed me on the forum lately, because I haven't really gotten a chance to visit until now. As for progress, I'm probably a little bit longer, due to stretching anytime I can find a moment. On a whole though, I haven't gotten to do as much Penis Enlargement as I wanted to. I hope to go all out this weekend, and continue that way, but just let's say I've had more than my share of funerals this week and I hope I can get back on track.

Sorry for no exact numbers, but I will once I get the Size Database done (sorry for the hold-up on that as well). Glad to be back and I hope I can come out swinging.

It's just awesome to see you posting again. Jump back in, head first, and give it all you got. Sometimes these little breaks from Penis Enlargement can be a real blessing in disguise..your head is more clear...your body is ready. Sometimes this is just the thing to SPARC a growth spurt. Thanks DLD,

I really should be sleeping right now, but I'm not. Too bad I have to go to work in a couple hours. Anyways, I will be sure to take you up on your offer if I can't seem to get things back on track. However, I think I will be okay, as I just have to get my head back on straight again. I'm glad to be back, and I'm willing to contribute again any way I can.
