Dry dual jelqs-am I doing these right?

I have been using the Crazy Girth Buster routine for the last week and it just came to my attention that I may not be doing the dry dual jelqs properly. What I have been doing is gripping the glans and base and sliding my hands together until they meet in the middle of the shaft. The problem is there is no way given my lack of length that I can make the jelq last for ten seconds abd I don't think I am getting the full effect doing it this way. Did I interptret the description of the exercise wrong? I'm thinking that it should be done by grippng just below the glans and compress the shaft towards the base while the jelq(sliding) hand moves up the shaft to meet the hand holding the glans. Which way is the correct one guys?

b1, What you want to do is grab yourself just below the glans, take the other hand at the extreme base at about 80-90 erect. Take the hand at the base and slide it toward the hand gripping the head. You want to apply pressure with the hand holding the head against the other hand slides toward it. Now remember that you are not sliding across the skin you are jelqing all the tissue toward the other hand making sure the blood is completely trapped. As far as the 10 second rule is concerned, make the stoke as long as you can. If that is only 5 seconds then double up the reps to two 5 second strokes followed by the superset.

Thanks DLD, I think I've got it now, grip just below the head and sqeeze then do a slow high pressure jelq without compressing towards the pubic bone. Double up on reps then do the ICS for 30-60 seconds.
