Ok my old routine was this 7 days on 0 off
4 sets of each direction for one min (20 mins = 5 directions)
the A stretch for one min, 20 sets
the V stretch for one min, 20 sets
plus the pulse 110's 1000 times straight out

It took over an hour and i never EVER got any kind of lig sensation or lig burn the i have heard so much about. Thats what i think has limited my progress.

So i was experimenting and realized that i felt the ligs alot in the downward stretch .

So i made a new routine 7 days on 0 off
10 mins intense downward stretch ( one min reps)
10 mins intense downward bundled stretch (one min reps)
1000 pulse 110's downward but often get confused and do the plyometric

This new routine took 30 mins and man did i feel like i did something. It was the best feeling like i had actually accomplished something. The question is do you guys think there is something wrong with doing only the downward type stretching techniques. Also does it mean your gunna gain when you get the lig burns cuz i still feel them. Thanks
 
Well, I'm no expert but i would say that you should not necessarily gauge whether or not you were growing on the fatigue/pain/discomfort in your groin. Some people hurt more than others, me I hurt very little, but its the same in the gym. For some reason my muscles rarely feel fatigued yet my weights have been going up.

Let me ask you;

How long did you do your initial routine for?
Was this your first attempt at Penis Enlargement?

Because if it was...I would recommend halving the A and V stretches ...and as for the 1000 stretches , it screams of overtraining to me. With training you are either giving the healthy small damage that your body will heal stronger from OR you are pounding the shit out of it, where your body is spending all its time trying to get back to where it was and cant get a chance to grow to be able to stop being damaged with the same amount of force.

In terms of only doing downwards, I'm sure you *could* only do them but I doubt if you *should*. I'm thinking it could affect erection angle at least though I'm sure others more qualified will suggest other reasons not to.

I started Peing back in July of 03 and have made no gains. I was on this routine for 3 months and 2 weeks with no results and not even any lig burn.

I thought the lig burn was when you have stretched your lig to the max? So wouldn't it be good just as long as you didn't *break* anything?

Also isn't doing the downward stretches like a mimick of hanging if so, im sure many people have done by itself. I for one think 1000 stretches isnt really as much as it seems.

My erection angle has actually gone up since Penis Enlargement. I am at about 11:00 and I have done a fuck load of downward work, so for me it has never been an issue.

30 minutes is a great stretch session. I will sometimes go 2 30 minute sessions if I am trying to make faster length gains...like now:D

BLASTING is so valuable when doing downward stretching as it eliminates the PC reflex response and allows you to get practically 100% LIG stretch .

My erection angle theory was just that, I had assumed the reason we stretch in all directions was to hit the ligs evenly, but maybe this was fuzzy logic on my part?

I look forward to DLDs reply :)

The only time I ever was worried about my erection angle changing due to Penis Enlargement was during erect exercise. I guess this is why my JELQING style is so unique (I JELQ upward in the direction of my erection) When it came to flaccid work I did not see how it could effect my erection angle. I always favored downward stretching and my penis has improved in it's erection angle during my program.
