"Donut?"

Hey all, this isn't really an injury, but I got that "donut effect" (like you get from puming) in my skin around the top of my shaft after an intense jelq/girth workout yesterday. What do people usually do about that?

Is it okay to just ignore it and work through it (continue jelqing routine)? Or should I wait for it to go down before I do my next jelq/girth session? Like I said, it doesn't hurt, it just looks weird and is annoying. Also, is this a sign that I had a good level of intensity, or is it maybe showing me I went TOO intense??

Thanks a lot for any advice.

I usually consider it a sign that I did a bit too much in that routine. If I ever get the donut I scale my routine back just a hair so that I don't get it the next time... I don't know if I'm correct in my assumption that it's a sign of over-training, but that's the way I've always looked at it.

Thanks for the response, papercut.

Actually, the donut has gone away already, but I still have a weird little "pocket" of fluid build-up (I think? ) toward the end of my shaft, on the left side on the bottom toward the glans. That was there even before the donut, but I forgot to mention it in my first post. It seems to be lasting a little while...even tho the "donut" is gone, I still have this little nickel-sized area of fluid build up/swelling on my dick. It hasn't gone away in like four days now. . . . should I be concerned?

Is it creating any pain or discomfort whatsoever? Likewise, does it feel as if it's applying pressure to a nerve or anything? If it doesn't seem to be effecting anything, then I'd say you could probably just try some hot wraps and deep tissue massage over the fluid pocket to try and work it out... If that doesn't help, you may want to consider seeing a doctor, but I wouldn't be too worried about it right now if it's not causing you any pain or discomfort.

Hi, no pain or discomfort at all...it's just weird lookin. I've never had anything like that last for this long. Thanks for the advice, I've stopped Penis Enlargement for now but will still do hot wraps like you said.

Take care.

I have the same problem InDeep. Got it tonight. Really looks freaky. It does not hurt but the fluid in the skin (same place as yours) really looks nasty! Is this something usual? It has never happened to me, though i've known about Penis Enlargementing for about 2 years...
