Because of my skin on my dick being all messed up I cant do any jelquing or squeezes. So I wonder if I can get any erect length gains by doing only stretching or does it have to be complemented by girth exercises to work?

My skin got a bit sore a week ago when I did intense squezes so I will only be doing stretching until its back to normal, hence my question.

When Im at it, anyone have tips how to make the skin on the dick more elastic because its when my dick in enlarged with blood during girth exercises that my skin gets really sore?

Im doing hot-towelwraps before a routine and now that my skin is sore I smear vasseline and lotion on it.

Use pure vitamin E oil externally and take a vitamin E oral supplement as well. It helps with skin elasticity (anti-stretch marks) and with blood vessel elasticity (less bruising- which will probably help reduce some of the discoloration probs you have-- but not all, I still get it too). I have a pure E oil in a roll-on that I apply directly to my dick before any Penis Enlargement- hanging , jelqing , clamping-- anything. Again, it doesn't stop all bruising/discoloration, but it helps. In addition, take a multi-vitamin, if you aren't already.

If you only wonna do stretches , than do them ... it wont do any harm.
Some Penis Enlargement is better than none, if you want gains.
