Because of my skin on my dick being all messed up I cant do any jelquing or squeezes. So I wonder if I can get any erect length gains by doing only stretching or does it have to be complemented by girth exercises to work?
Use pure vitamin E oil externally and take a vitamin E oral supplement as well. It helps with skin elasticity (anti-stretch marks) and with blood vessel elasticity (less bruising- which will probably help reduce some of the discoloration probs you have-- but not all, I still get it too). I have a pure E oil in a roll-on that I apply directly to my dick before any Penis Enlargement- hanging , jelqing , clamping-- anything. Again, it doesn't stop all bruising/discoloration, but it helps. In addition, take a multi-vitamin, if you aren't already.
If you are only after length gains then stretching will be all you need to accomplish this. Jelqing and Squeezing are predominately girth work. Also in addition to the advice you got on skin care you may also want to buy some Bacitracian (a topical cream you find at any drug store ) this will help your skin heal much quicker.
