Do the foundational exercises in Phase One hit ligs almost exclusively, or do that hit the tunica as well?
Prior to posting this thread, I had noticed that this stretch seems to provide the most feeling in the shaft, so I figured it hit the tunica harder than the other stretches .ebon00 said:
DLD, thanks for imputting your wisdom here. I know I have viewed the tunica routine before, but I had assumed it is an advanced routine. It just seems to me that the tunica is important for gains and I hardly feel anything from my routine. I basically do a phase one program with a little tweaking and some A-stretches because I have been half-assing my Penis Enlargement the last few months with overtime at work and shit to the point that I don't feel ready for advanced techniques. Also, I just plain like it. Crazy as it sounds, I think phase one is awesome stuff and I sort of like to add stuff in, rather than leave the routine.
