Does Phase One hit all ligs, or some tunica?

The upward stretch in the newbie routine (which I assume is the same as Phase One) hits the tunica fairly well. Using the upward stretch allows you to kind of "bypass" the suspensory ligaments so the tunica gets the brunt of the stress.

Prior to posting this thread, I had noticed that this stretch seems to provide the most feeling in the shaft, so I figured it hit the tunica harder than the other stretches .

PHASE 1 dedicates about 75% of the stretching to LIG and about 25% to TUNICA. There is a TUNICA specific workout on the site as well.
DLD, thanks for imputting your wisdom here. I know I have viewed the tunica routine before, but I had assumed it is an advanced routine. It just seems to me that the tunica is important for gains and I hardly feel anything from my routine. I basically do a phase one program with a little tweaking and some A-stretches because I have been half-assing my Penis Enlargement the last few months with overtime at work and shit to the point that I don't feel ready for advanced techniques. Also, I just plain like it. Crazy as it sounds, I think phase one is awesome stuff and I sort of like to add stuff in, rather than leave the routine. Anyhow, I was curious as the more scientific aspects of it and what it hits.
