ok, so this means it is actually good to masturbate...NOT JERK OFF(3MINUTE B.S.)? are you sure it wasnt because of the olive oils you used, or maybe because of the lack of sleep the muscles inflammed because of over working and not enough time to rejuvenate? it might sound rediculous but i heard it was true, my old football coach, lifted with us one day, and he didnt go home that night, his wife found out he was cheating, and he didnt get any sleep cuz he spent the night in the car...the next day he came to the school and operated like a normal day, but on the bench he really strained himself and first he blacked out, we call 911 he went to the hospital, later on we found out he died cause of a heart failure, obviously he overworked his old ass heart then he craoked..careful what you do mayne, ya dick might fall off...BTW I ejaculate almost every session, I warm up, stretch, do the constrictor, ejaculate, warm down, strecth, jelq, warm down more..But I obviously have a normal hormone level if not high...I get up the second set of stretches so i guess i should be cool
 
Hey guys, does getting off immediately post workout hurt your gains? What are your thoughts on this? I was thinking that its just wasting your bodies energy on something else (creating sperm cells) rather than growing your penis. Stupid question maybe, but wanted to hear other people's opinions.
It can hurt your gains the next day if you masturbate to much, and need to clamp down in the chamber of LENGTHMASTER 3. If I masturbate to close to the next day, my session next day can be destroyed. The reason. It will hurt to much to clamo down and I cant stretch with full intensity.
