Does jelqing hit the tunica--making it break down and get longer???So would jelqing be a good exercise to hit the tunica for length???

is that regular jelqing--if not how do you do them???And is it for length???

It doesnt work Dario--it links me back to the penis enlargement forums???

Can you do it again?

Thanks

Since the TUNICA is a sheath covering the penis, similar to a rubber, JELQING does stretch the TUNICA vertically. Keep in mind that the TUNICA has only about 5% elasticity and any gains from JELQING will be minimal. Stretching the TUNICA vertically can be accomplished through upward stretches, REDZULU's TOW STRETCH and most recently THE DLD BUNDLED DOUBLE TUNICA STRETCH. Horizontal TUNICA stretch can be accomplished through most basic GIRTH exercises and another recent theory that can be found in the DLD WIDTH EXPANSION THREAD. My site does have a TUNICA specific workout.

Thanks for the comments--helped alot!!!!

DLD you think you can post the tunica jelq or is that reserved---???

So is Phase I also DLD's newbie routine? And if so, how come no tunica stretches in that? I'm assuming the newbie plan (phase 1?) is designed to make the penis more durable for following phases?

Correct. Though you will probably see gains from Phase I too - I did.

If the tunica only has 5% elasticity in it's tissues, then wouldn't gains made from tunica stretching be really permanent since it'll be less likely to "snap back" to the length it was before?

As for the 5% elasticity thing, are you sure that's true? The penis seems pretty damn flexible to me. I mean, just being able to go from it's flaccid size to it's erect size sure seems to prove that it's a very elastic organ.

TUNICA

The tunica albuginea consists of layers of collagen which can accommodate a considerable degree of intracavernosal pressure prior to rupture. To function effectively, these fascial layers must provide the penis with a wall container capable of withstanding a high degree of rigidity and axial strength when erect, yet be supple when flaccid. The tunica must be able to elongate symmetrically and increase in girth with tumescence, assuring a straight erection. The tensile strength of the tunica is approximately 1200 - 1500 mmHg making this fascia one of the most strong in the body. Approximately 5% of the tunica is elastin which enables the penis to develop elongation. The average volume increase of the erect penis from the flaccid volume is 3-fold with a range from 1.7 - 5 fold. The mechanical properties of the tunica which allow for maximum volume changes of the erect penis are called tunica dispensability.
