The reason I question this is because I always kinda played it safe always taking rest days when I felt fatigue.
and gains came slowly!
but for the past short while I did my exercises more frequently, almost everyday and they are very intense so after the first day I usually need 1-2 days off.
but like I said ive just pushed thru the fatigue and done them like everyday and what I noticed is that although It is hard to get fully erect (damn near impossible after the first few days) if I just keep pushing thru and get the last few days in , after my weekend of recovery I can get erect again not as hard as ususal but enough to start up .
now eventually after a few weeks I really need a break , because I cant get hard but what I noticed is that once I gotten to this point of exhaustion and I give my self a break I find that I have actually made significant gains once my erection bounces back!!!
so does it take a massive and continuous workload to make real girth gains.?:(

As of right now you are conditioning your penis. Keep doing what your doing. If you really feel like you can't continue take a rest day or two. You eventually will be able to do it everyday. Just remember do kegels and jelqs, they help a lot with girth exercises.

I've been into pe for 4 years now so jelqs to me are quite obsolete .
but the point I was making wasn't if I should rest, it was that when I push it to the max , (like doing exercises on days were its hard to get it up ) if I continue until I basicly can get it up for over exhaustion and then take a nice break I usually come back with some nice gains !
im asking if anyone else has ever had this happen?

Happens to me. I'm in a place where I can get 3 good days in.. Other than that it's hit or miss but I've gotten some decent gains like this

There is some men who actually gain better with less but this is almost always in sequence of days strung together with extended breaks. The routines usually go with a 2 on 2 off or 3 on 2 off or even 3 on 4 off...it really depends on how much you can handle and how quickly you heal. I think, with girth, what is important is repeated expansion and doing a routine that was one on one off may not give enough "repeated expansion" this is why having days stung together is important. At the very minimum 2 days in a row with healing throughout those days using SRT methods of a cock ring to hold expansion as long as you can.

4 years, how much have you gained?

Personally i have found the optimum for me is a 3 on, 1 off routine. Girth gains can be made at relative speed, there are many members who have breached the 1 inch mark of girth gains within a year.
