Now my question doesn't necessarily have to do with the use of a cockring specifically but almost anything that has to do with keeping that temporary girth pump throughout the day. From my understanding from experience and from SRT, keeping your temporary girth expansion throughout the day will keep you elongated which will help train the penis to stay longer flaccid. It will keep you at a higher base girth for sex or whatever your into (just for looks or personal satisfaction etc.)

But since the tunica is so dense and takes a lot of active training through exercises and pumping... I don't see how the tunica can be stretched passively through the use of prolonging your temporary girth expansion throughout the day. The tunica can't be stretched if it's not at maximum capacity...right? Or am I wrong?

I ask this because my sessions are limited by my fluid retention and the sooner my body gets rid of any fluid/temporary girth expansion I have throughout the day, then the longer and more intense my next session can be.

This is a really good question egg. Maybe some of the experts will be along shortly to weigh in on this. I may be wrong but I don't think it possible to actively stretch the tunica by wearing the cock ring you are simply maintaining the expansion and I would think that this is more passive.
 
Now there might be some benefit to staying a little bit engorged after creating some small micro tears in the tunica (if the tunica does in fact get micro tears). But if there isn't really any benefit then I don't want to keep my post workout pump. In fact I want to get rid of it asap.

I know this is all hard stuff to judge and measure considering we are talking about things almost on the microscopic level. It's really hard to judge the benefits of some of this stuff from person to person as well especially when you take into consideration varying levels of intensity, nutrition and even in consistences in workout schedules. Whatever the vets agree on though, I'll take that as the most correct answer.
 
Because the Tunica is already expanded so wearing the cock ring will keep this expansion around longer, allowing the Tunica to rest at that expansion. The Tunica is extremely dense so after a serious workout the Tunica will be expanded and stretched, wearing the cock ring will not cause more of this but it will keep it expanded long enough to start cementing to stick. Also, the cock ring will help you hold more blood after training and the weight of this blood will allow the penis to hand lower and lower when flaccid.

Do you have any sex toy stores near you? If not, you can order them from the internet. You can get them from Amazon pretty cheap or several other online sex toy retailers, Lovehoney, Adam&Eve among many others.
