Doubtful. Never been proven beyond anecdotal bro science. You train length flaccid anyway.
 
read Mike's article about a penis being more balloon than a rope...made a lot of sense. In a nutshell, when you impart forces (be it length/girth/whatever) your body responds in all directions. It's a worthwhile read

Ya, but there also piece you're missing, sure you can always gain length, but how much force can you produce with your hands?
the thicker the shaft, the more force it's going to take, which is why jelqing and stretching work so well for length, they both pull for expansion length wise.
This is why i say get what you can from the manuals as far as length, then hit the girth.

jekyllnhyde360, I see in your signature that you have made a great progress in your size, we are about the same size now and I think it's a great size that most men who don't know what PE is would dream about. Good for you brother :) What is your final goal? (I'm mean, if you have one lol)

Thank you all for your responses, I was curious about this and now I've got great answers. I know I don't hang here a lot, I'm a busy man, but I really like this forum. I think it's great. I'm mean, where could I talk about it or ask questions? Where could I share my gains and other could share their gains with me? It's not a topic that I like to share with people in real life, I don't even think that most of them deserve to know about PE. This place in fucking awesome! :cool:

My goal is to get to between 8.5 - 9'' BPEL and i'd like to be between 5.5 - 6.5'' in MSEG. I think it's doable hahaha
Right now, i'm going to be beginning hanging at 30 lbs, then move up in weight every 6-8 weeks.
i was on day three last week or something, and i pinched hard while hanging, i knew something was wrong because it just felt like burning, like a lit match on my shaft, so i took my hanger off and now i have a dime sized black circle of blood, probably burst to many capillaries. i've had something similar before from clamping just not quite as big.
This is why i hate hanging, i can never wrap good enough smh

Ouch! Sounds painful man, real bummer! I hope you will recover soon.
I have about the same goal, but I'm trying to achieve this manually so I don't experience this kind of injuries. Maybe you should stop hanging and try something else instead? It's hard for us to keep doing something that we hate.

Getting there. Today mainly stomach issues and a bit of a cough. I may have turned the corner for the better. Still need to deal with my prostate as it is getting out of control, peeing 20 times a night, Uggg!
