I've used it... it's good for widening as it feels very similar to the rolling pin exercize that i think DLD has mentioned. I don't think it's very good for length as i don't feel a good pull from it.

If you are talking about the power jelq device, I bought one a while back and didn't feel like I was getting as good of a workout with it. It seems that the manual jelq gets a much better pull.
 
For me, it's on the list of things to get, just to see what I can do with it.
 
I have also bought a jelq device. I used it for 20-30 minutes every day and have girth gains. I think its awesome, much better than hand jelqing.
 
I don't think it's that good of a device. I try to incorporate it into my workouts but it's slow and i don't think i've gotten much benefit from it. I still use it to give it a honest effort, but i'm not very enthusiastic about it. Some love it though... just my 2 cents.
 
I tried the jar lifter with a make-shift duct tape padding and it worked pretty well. I'd like to give me hands a break. I just need to find a way to make a proper roll pad for the device.The power jelq rollers are way over priced....

Use pipe foam insulator you can buy it at Home Depot.Make sure
you get the proper size so it cover all aroun d the one side of the lifter. ;)
