In particular, I want to know if there have been any experiments done in which the subjects take a given amount of Cystine (and maybe even Leucine) to see if it helps them make quicker gains. For those who don't know, Cystine is an amino acid that plays an essential role in the body. That is, the production of collagen , and providing proper elasticity and permeability texture to ligaments, tendons and connective tissue. Leucine (which can be found in abundance in tomatoes) is essential in the production of growth hormone within the human body. Whether or not Leucine would be beneficial is questionable, but the importance of elasticity of tissues certainly is not. Threonine is also another amino acid that supports the formation of elastin within the human body. Since they are all amino acids, I am almost certain they could be purchased at GNC or a similar nutrition store . If there have been no studies on this, maybe someone here is qualified to give me an expert opinion (or at least a scientificly sound one) on whether or not these amino acids would be beneficial to Penis Enlargement efforts and why. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Peace

Well I take L-ARGININE which is an amino acid ..and the reason i do take it is because it is in most if not all penis pills . And also i take mura purma(sp.?...my youngest child tore the label off so i dont know about this being corect spelling)..and zinc..and cod liver oil. I do not know if it has helpped me or not taking these pills . But they are inexpensive and i figure they cant hurt so i take them . In my first month of Penis Enlargement i gained .75 length and .25 girth so i continue to take them just in case they work .
I know this is not the type answer you were looking for , just fig. i would let you know about my experience with them .

I agree that amino acids are beneficial in Penis Enlargement/NPenis Enlargement.
Cod Liver oil is very good for your joints.

Thanks much for the input guys! If you or anyone else who reads this thread happens to come across some raw data on it (and it doesn't necessarily have to be Penis Enlargement related), please post back here.

I pm'd Bib about amino acids and pe, because he's got a good knowledge of nutrition.

Me: I'm wondering if taking Amino Acids before I go to sleep is good for pe?

Bib : I think it makes for expensive deficate. That's it. You are working on collagenous tissues that are not very amino acid specific. Vit C is about the only nutrient that is limiting in the repair of collagenous tissues. I think Vit C SHOULD be limited when Penis Enlargementing for better gains.

The fact is IMO, you would rather the tissues heal slowly, so they are not as strong for further stressing. It may sound strange, but I believe it is correct.

Actually, I completely agree with BIB . You would want the healing process to take place more slowly to take advantage of how you have already stretched the tissue.
I was not so much referring so much to something that helps aid in the healing of the ligaments as I was referring to something that helps them gain more elasticity.
