Im just wondering if I would have gotten better gains if i had started at say age 15-16 or so. Would the fact that you are still growing affect the amount of gains you can achieve? Would pe work better for a kid? Im not a perv im just trying to learn.

Thanks in advance

I believe it would. Youth= Testosterone= Faster gains. Look at Supra with his hormone research.

yea if you start at a freaky young age i can imagine huge difference. just think that when you're growing up, environment, diet, activities kinda shpe who you are, someone who played football all throught highschool is gonna be in great shape, and will probably have an easier time keeping it that way

I have many mixed thoughts about this. Look at muscles in the body and bodybuilders and just anyone period that works out. It is a lot easier to get bigger once you are older than younger. A. Your metabolism is not that fast. B. Your muscles are more mature and stronger. C. You are older period.

Look at being younger, you got more hormones, I think that it is a even match, i think both are great, once I get to about 10X7 I am going to take off for a couple years and see what happens.
